Very smooth. Replaced 14 windows in 1 day using a 2 man crew. Cleaned up everything afterwards.

The work was great, completed quickly and even with some demolition work to my house to create a larger window opening, they left my home dust free.

Great Job as expected. Red carpet treatment and they cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn't have even known they were there.

Overall, the experience with Mr. Rogers was good. I wish the price were lower, but the service was great. You get what you pay for. From start to finish it was about 3 weeks, and although there was an error in 2 windows size, they were remeasured and replaced within about 2-3 days.

An impressively professional organization! Yes, they were expensive (the highest quote we received); however, we went with Mr. Rogers because of their excellent reputation ... and we were NOT dissappointed. Highly recommended.

The company was extremely professional - on time, excellent work and very clean.

We had 43 custom-sized rotting windows in a 31-year-old house. We received estimates from 5 local companies. From the beginning, the salesman from Mr. Rogers Windows (Ashley Hamrick) was very impressive, explaining all aspects of their window construction, replacement process, even financing options. Ashley came to our house 3 times within 4 weeks and very patiently provided us with new estimates based on reconfiguration of the windows (started with replacement of 40 casement windows with casements, but too costly). Ashley helped us "get creative" in order to lower the price. After we signed the contract, I called to schedule the job, requesting a specific week - I was told no problem! The first day, the workers were scheduled to start between 8am and 10am; at 7:45, the head of the crew called to apologize (!) for being late due to traffic, later arriving at 8:02. Before starting the work, the head of the work crew reviewed the job with me; told me what they planned to do each day (and never deviated from that plan); then asked if I had questions. These guys worked diligently (I never saw anyone take a break) for 3 full days, starting at 8AM and ending at 3PM. The workers treated my home with RESPECT. Each time one walked into the house, he wiped his shoes on an old piece of carpet (provided by them!), then wrapped his shoes in cloth booties (so as not to track any dirt into the house). They moved all furniture that blocked their work zone and took down all the window treatments. As they removed each window (a messy job), they threw away all trash (down to the very last nail) and vacuumed up all dust. My husband came home during lunch the first day (as a laborer and business owner, he wanted to see their work in progress) and he was very impressed with their skills. After finishing all the work, they asked us to inspect the job. We nick-picked the job to death, finding tiny faults in the caulking and fingerprints on some of the windows. The crew corrected everything - including cleaning the windows - and with smiles on their faces (no rolling of eyes, no attitude). They also moved all furniture back to original locations and rehung all window treatments. A workman had to return at a later date to install handles on the slider windows (handles were back-ordered). Throughout the entire experience, I never had to lift a finger to do any work. It was the most stress-free experience of my life! Every employee we dealt with was professional, punctual and respectful. Every employee also repeated the same message - "You are the customer; our number one goal is for you to be happy". It must be the company mantra. The day before every appointment, the company called to reconfirm. The salesman even come to our house the day after the job was complete to check on the work (finding 2 minor issues we didn't find - and getting them corrected within 2 days), and to ensure we were happy. Are we happy we chose Mr. Rogers Windows -- you bet we are!!!

Mr. Rogers Windows thoroughly examined my windows and made exact plans to cover what they would do and when. They were always prompt in meeting their appointments and called a day ahead to make sure we would be home. They kept every promise they made and they replaced my original windows with great windows that have a lifetime warranty. Their work was precise, efficient and the house and grounds were cleaned after each visit. One of the windows had a minor defect, which their foreman pointed out and they promptly replaced the window -- no questions asked.

We were not impressed by the initial contact. The first time the representative came to our house, he was late. Then he was late for another meeting, and when we were to meet him in the showroom he had to go to our house to measure the windows again because he lost the measurements. Then when we got the price it was just a number written on the brochure. I had to specifically request a detailed quote. The representative told me he e-mailed it to both of my e-mail addresses but I never got it. We were about to give up on Mr. Rogers but then when I called a company for staining estimates, told her about this experience, she said to give the company another try as she's done work for Mr. Rogers customers for years. (There is no contractual relationship between the painting company and Mr. Rogers Windows.) After I hung up she contacted another Mr. Rogers representative and he contacted me to apologize. I told him about the communication issues and he apologized and told me he'd speak to the person we were dealing with. He must have done so because the initial representative called shortly to apologize and provide a detailed quote. In any case we decided to go with Mr. Rogers windows for the quality and warranty. Also the Mr. Windows windows looked better than other windows we reviewed. Once installed, the windows looked great. The exterior wood was sealed as well. The crew were very polite, efficient, and kept the work area very clean. We ordered brass locks for the first floor windows. They were not on the windows when there were installed, and I asked the crew lead about it. He told me they should have been on the windows when they were delivered. He told me he'd check and contact me probably the next day to come back to install them. That never happened. Instead I waited a week and eventually had to call service. After checking, the service representative told me I was supposed to have the brass locks (I knew this since I paid for them!). A crew won't be at my house for another week to install them. I regret paying the full balance-I should have removed the amount for the brass locks until they were installed. I'm not pleased that I have to wait again for the job to be done. Overall though despite these issues we found Mr. Rogers staff to be very polite and helpful.

Overall it was good. The people have been very responsive and they are very professional. They have their own show room where you can go look at the products before you put any money down. I like being able to look at the things in the show room. I think the quality of the products is good. I think the screens were a little flimsy and we did have to have a couple of them replaced. They very cheerfully reordered and replaced them. They didn't ask any questions or give us any trouble with that.

They told us that if we waited to do the second half of the windows for a few months, they would be having a repeat customer sale with more discounts. They did a fantastic job.

Everything about Mr Rogers Windows is excellent. This company is a perfect example of "You get what you pay for".

I was very happy with the entire sales/installation experience with Mr. Rogers Windows. The initial sales person was on time and was able to answer all questions and provide a detailed estimate. There was no pressure to 'buy today' or lose the deal. The work was performed on time and in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company.

We have had these Anderson windows for over 10 years now and my son damaged one recently. They came out and checked it out; they came out the next day with the part, a clip that needed to be installed. Their product wasn t defective and they still backed up the lifetime warranty that they gave us. They were very helpful and very friendly to us throughout the entire process.

The windows that these guys put in look great. They sealed them right so there have not been any problems with air leaking at all. The best part of my experience with them is that they were all very friendly while they did the work for us.

They were very courteous and thorough. They removed the existing windows and disposed of them. They sanded all the windowsills and replaced some of the framing that was too rotted from water damage. Their clean up was very good, and I did not have to do any cleaning behind them whatsoever. They finished the entire job in only 3 days.

They replaced all the windows on our house; they gave us an estimate and did the measurements for the windows. The average cost per window was about $350.00. They did a good job installing all the windows and we are very satisfied with their work.

I was very happy with their quality of work and they were very informative as to what they were going to do. They answered all of my questions and finished the job in the estimated time allotted. I would recommend them to my neighbors because I was very pleased with their overall work.

The windows were great and they were installed very well. They kept the cost of energy down. The crew was professional and I felt safe around them. They measured the windows and 2 weeks later were out to install them. They measured all of the windows in our home so if we wanted to do more windows later they would already have our measurements.

These guys finished the job in one day and when they did finish, they went around and checked all of the windows over to make sure there were not any mistakes made. I was very satisfied with them. I know the price was fair, but I can't remember what it was.

They gave me a good estimate and stuck to it. They were very nice people to deal with, and I would recommend them. They did a great job, and I really liked my windows. They cleaned up their mess and were polite and honest.

This outfit took care of a couple windows for me and did it all very professionally. I got a quote from them and they stuck to it by the penny. The windows were the same as the rest of the house, and they got them in without scratching or chipping up our frames. They had fair enough prices for a really convenient and good job.

These guys did a great job putting in my storm window. Everything went very smoothly; that was until I got the bill. The price was absolutely outrageous. I could not believe that they were charging that much. As far as the quality, they were a great company. As far as the price, they were the worst.

Mr. Rogers Windows were exceptional on their work. We have not had any problems with the quality of their product. The crew was very knowledgeable and had great workmanship. I was completely satisfied and everything looked perfect.

I was extremely pleased with the way this job went. I have heard horror stories from friends about sub-par work, and messy plaster work around the frames. My experience was just the opposite. It was finished in four hours, and it was difficult to tell that anything had been done. The areas around the windows were cleaned up, and the new windows are nice looking, as well.
