Description of Work: They replaced French doors leading to deck. They were very clean and explained everything to me.

Description of Work: Replaced 17 windows with top of the line replacements including an excellent job of wrapping the exterior surfaces around the windows. Exterior noise greatly reduced.

Description of Work: Mr. Rogers Windows replaced 11 windows, all but three of which had been original to the house in 1965, and the front door. The other three windows had been installed in the early seventies. I am already noticing a difference in my utility bill, and the house is so much quieter. "Renewal" by Anderson is a superior product. The design consultant was courteous, and knowledgeable. The design consultant worked with Anderson to correct a problem with the relative sizes of the sections in the composite picture window in the front of the house. (The original grids were 9" in the center and 6" on the sides) The window units are sized such that the (snap-out) grids are no more than 1/4 inch off, and the whole look is so much more pleasing. Also, where the side windows were double-hung before and nearly impossible to open, they are now casements and open easily. I was trying to decide what to do with the kitchen windows which were two double-hung units with a large wooden division between them. Not much light got through. The design consultant suggested one big awning window with no grids. It was a perfect solution, giving much more light, and making it possible to open the window easily (formerly, a near impossibility since it was over the sink, and involved old storm windows), and opening it even when it is raining! The installers who showed up were pleasant, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The job was accomplished in two and a half days, and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving things looking great. The door is absolutely gorgeous (not just my opinion - also comments from my neighbors) and no cold drafts blow in around it!

It took two days to install as promised. | |The biggest issue we had was that they put trim around a window that originally did not have trim to resolve an issue they had putting the window in place. However, when asked if they would install trim on the remaining windows they said it would be a new contract and there would be a charge. We were told that the sales person would contact us but never did and they closed out the original contract without any further mention of the trim. | |We feel like they did a nice job with what they had but it does not feel finished. | |We have a follow up with them on the 21st of January. Let's hope they can resolve my concerns. |

Description of Work: My granddaughter and husband oversaw the work done by Mr. Rogers Windows. They were pleased. Being that I never saw the finished work I cannot rate. The price for 13 or 14 windows (two small ones) average about $1,000 each (a bit costly.) My opinion, because it was funded by me.

Description of Work: I love my new windows. I had every window in my house replaced. I had some over sized and specialty windows which added to the overall cost. They keep out almost all the UV rays, are very energy efficient and both panes fold in for easy cleaning. The crew were friendly and professional. I would use them again but since my windows are guaranteed for life, I won't have to.

Description of Work: Garage walk-in entry door unit was replaced. I was especially impressed with the technician who did the final measurements. I think the price was high, but the quality and guarantee made the difference for us

Description of Work: I Love Mr Rogers. We inherited an older house that was as drafty as could be. Mr. Rogers, came in and installed the new windows on time, with a very professional crew. I would not even know they were there if I hadn't seen them.. They cleaned up after themselves and moved any furniture that needed to be moved back in their spot. Many years later, I had a problem with windows I couldn't open to clean. They returned and fixed the problem with no charge. I have since then bought a new front door and storm door. It fits like a glove and I have no drafts at all in the house. I recommend them constantly.

Description of Work: The initial meeting with the sales rep at our house was very professional and all information, prices and display of a sample window were complete and very informative. The installation team was polite, friendly, professional and on time--the three day installation was reduced to two days and nothing and nobody suffered from that--all work was completed beautifully, the outside and inside cleanup was excellent, and the team willing to explain or answer any questions we popped up with over the course of the work. Great products, great workers, great company!------(we had 15 windows replaced, both upstairs and downstairs)
