Impressive!

It went very smoothly. By far the best thing about this company is the owner, Robert Norman, who listened to all my ideas, and offered invaluable assistance in picking the new colors for everything I was replacing. I originally hired this company to build a deck the prior spring, after obtaining estimates from at least 5 companies. My decision wasn't based on the lowest price, but on the quality of the company. The deck turned out great and it was such a pleasure working with this company that when I discovered the leak damage, I called them immediately, and then had them do the house siding job at the same time. Robert was on the job site every day for both jobs. His work crews are professionals. They show up and work their heart out. My only regret is that the one last job I need to do on the house is out of their line of work.

I have received many complements on the looks and quality of the deck. I have recommended Mid Atlantic to Co-workers and friends.

They did a great job. The amount was for both jobs. Only 3 days for the fence and gate and 3 days for the the deck. A neighbor 2 doors down had a fence and gate installed a week before our work began. She came by and asked fi our crew could fix the gate that was installed last week and was already sagging. Even the neighbors were impressed. We would hire them again and recommend them.

Very nice gentleman. He answered the phone each time I called. He even did follow-ups. So far, he is the most reasonably priced estimate I have gotten. When ready, I will be contacting him for future services.

Mid Atlantic came and gave us a written estimate and we set a date to complete the job. Materials were delivered ahead of schedule and came when they said they would be here and completed the deck and fence very quickly (in a few days) . We would certainly use them again.

Overall the entire process went really well. The guys were polite and they did quality work. I couldn't ask for a better looking set of stairs. They aren't as punctual as I would have liked but I'm military so I'm a stickler for being early or right on time. However, they are good about calling and letting you know if they will be a little later than expected. I appreciated that. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a new deck, porch, or fence. Thumbs up for Mid-Atlantic Exteriors!

They did an excellent job. They are very professional, prompt, and did great follow up. He called me afterwords to make sure everything was as expected. I would highly recommend them.

Robert is extremely professional and a pleasure to deal and work with. He is very flexible and will work with you if the need to make changes occur. The entire job only took just over a week to complete. I never had to worry about garbage and other building material collecting about as Robert was quick to throw this into his trailer to haul away. He even made sure that the new building material was delivered and set in an area of my driveway that still allowed us to use the driveway and park in our garage. His attention to detail was very much appreciated and is obvious by looking at the final construction of the deck. If I knew how to clone, I would clone Robert knowing that I would utilize his skills, professionalism and genuine concern for customer satisfaction on any required home repair or enhancement. I know that I will contract for Robert's services on any future work involving replacement windows, siding, vinyl wrap, fencing and exterior/interior painting or any other decking requirements.
