Description of Work: The only constructive feedback I would provide is that their technicians need to call prior to arrival as advertised. I missed the first scheduled window because I ran out to do an errand and the tech didn't call first. They quickly sent another tech out later that afternoon though.

Description of Work: Put some freon in unit. Guy that showed up was very professional and respectful. What really got me was, I called on a sat and was suprised when they said that they would definitely get to me within the next few hours. After 5 hours, I called them because I had not heard anything, only for them to tell me they were too busy and the only time they could see me was the next day,a monday, between 12 and 4 and did not have any other times available in the near future. If they would have just told me they couldn't see me then I could have gone with someone else.

Description of Work: was recently looking for a new air condition heat unit set up appointment sales rep came on time seemed like was a decent guy so any way we sat and talked about my needs and wants so with out taking any measurements or checking what equipment I had or even having a ladder with him to ck my crawl thru space gave me some prices but did say he wanted one of his electricans to swing by and ck box so we set up appointment for Saturday afternoon between 3-4 so I waited all day and at 2:50 one of their secretaries calls and says electrican is running a little late so I informed her I would wait around till 4:30 at 4:50 electrican calls and says he is on his way now you mean to tell me that tec could not see he was not going to make 4:30 didn't seem to professional to me so I told just forget about it and how do you come to sell me a unit and don't show up with a ladder when I specified old unit was up in crawl thru

Description of Work: They came and gave me a quote to have a meter base moved. I was shocked at the cost. Did not use them, found another company that did a good job for $1800.00.

Description of Work: They inspected and checked the heater prior to the cold weather setting in. Showed up on time and did a very professional job inspecting and cleaning. No problems found.

Description of Work: I have A SEWER LINE THAT BACK'S UP EVERY 1 TO 2 YEARS I HAD A A/C UNIT PUT IN BY MICHAEL AND SON THEY DID GREAT. BUT PRICE OF THE SEWER REPAIR WAS DOUBLE WHAT I PAY FROM ROTOR ROUTER.HE CLEARED OUT A SEWER LINE WITH EASY ACCESS AND WENT 50 FT AND TOLD ME IT WOOD COST ME 480.00. I TOLD HIM IT WAS TO HIGH THEN HE COME BACK WITH 250.00 WITCH IS STILL 50.00 HIGHER THAN R/R

Description of Work: I called Michael and Son out to my home because of kitchen and dishwasher draining issues. Two men came to look at the problem. They talked poorly about each other when other wasn't there, and one of the men told me he could do the job on the side a lot cheaper than the company. They assessed the problem to be a broken drain. I was to take everything off the walls and out of my china cabinet because they were going to jackhammer my slab. They couldn't decide on a price so it seemed as if they were guessing it to be about $3,000.00. The day of the work two men ,who were going to do the work, and the one of the previous men came to the house. They snaked my line, and one the workers (who wasn't one of the original two) told me it wasn't a break but a clog. They did not charge me anything, but it was very inconvenient.
