Description of Work: The salesman Rusty was awesome. He came and sat down with me to go over all the options. There was no mess in the garage when they were done. They came at 10 am and stayed past 8 o'clock to finish up and ensure that the service was complete. I haven't had a bit of problems with anything since I used them. They never left until the job was finished and to my satisfaction. They took a part off a truck to retrofit my ductwork. They made it happen.

Description of Work: Service was timely and good. Price for replacing a single pole light switch was $188. I feel this was way too high for a few minutes of work. Especially since there was an additional fee for coming out.

Description of Work: Replaced current ceiling fan in loft ceiling. |Needed a second person due to ladder. While waiting the first tech checked breaker box, smoke alarms and outlets. He was very informative and professional.

Description of Work: They provided an estimate for a new electrical line for our hot tub. While they are professional and informative, the prices were very expensive and for non-needed work.

Description of Work: I called due to issue with wall sockets tripping breaker at 9:00 on Friday night and was told by call center that for 89.95 a technician could come out to look at issue. I called back at 10:30 at night and was told technician was not picking up calls. I said could we reschedule the next day. And was done to be here 8:30 to noon. The next morning I received a call that the were sorry for the confusion and a tech would be here no later than noon. I called at 2:30 and explained a technician would be contacted. Then a person called and apologize that they found out technician had misplaced his keys and did not let them know. I then told them to cancel and refund the 89.95 since no one had been out yet I do Not recommend this company. I had another company come and were Outstanding

Description of Work: We had them rebuild the "dog house" (as they called it) that encloses the trunking entering the crawl space from our new A/C unit. The company that installed our unit last year (not Michael & Sons) did a terrible job on many levels, leaving this area open on the bottom, which allowed rodents to access our crawl space and set up home. We did not want to use that company again, so we called around to see who could make this repair for us. Michael & Son quoted a price that seemed high, but for what we wanted and what they ended up doing, in the end it was money well spent. My husband oversaw their work to ensure the cover was well and truly fully enclosed, because our main objective was to ensure we stopped the rodent problem. Partway through the job, it appeared the technicians were going to leave a large gap that would have allowed rodents free access again, but once we pointed that out, the technicians corrected it. It's a well-built enclosure made of aluminum that should last several years. Overall, we're happy with the work.
