 + -1 moreMy new 2015 vehicle was washed by service provider. During the drying process I observed the person accomplishing this task drop his drying towel on the ground and he picked it up and was going to continue using it to dry my new vehicle with it with ground dirt on it. I stopped him! But had he dropped it before? After my vehicle was returned to me I noticed severe scratches on the new window visors. I asked for the manager, Evan, and he saw and acknowledged the scratches were there. I asked to have the scratches removed or the visors replaced. He stated they were not responsible for damages to vehicles they wash. I know the scratches were not there because this was the first time the vehicle was washed and none where present prior to the this car wash. I recommend not using this facility. The service providers are poorly trained and the manager stated they are not responsible for damage they do to a vehicle they service.
Description of Work: Washed my NEW 2015 vehicle.

 + -1 moreHampton Roads does not have too many full service car washes. However, I would say that Majestic is probably the best I have been to. The staff is friendly and if they miss something they are always happy to clean up any missed spots and ensure I am happy before I leave. I definitely recommend Majestic.
Description of Work: I come here quite often for all my vehicles. I typically get a full service wash and every other time I get the vehicles detailed to include a wax job.

 + -1 moreLeaving standing water in a trunk liner is beyond sloppy work. To leave the underside of the trunk liner wet left my carpet damp which can mildew and ruin it. This is not just sloppy it is lack of oversight, proper training, and common sense. I will never take another vehicle to Majestik Auto Spa.
Description of Work: I had my Acura TL washed and detailed at Majestik Auto Spa earlier today - I selected the Gold Wash for $24.95. I have liners on the floor and trunk to protect the carpet. I noticed my floor mats were very wet when I left and decided to check the trunk. I had standing water on the trunk liner and under it as well. If I had not found the standing water, my car would have been permanently damaged. After this second try I will not use Majestik Auto Spa again. This is not the first time I've used this location. It is however, the second time I've been very dissatisfied. Previously I'd paid for the Premium wash and wax $34.95 - We inquired why other cars were going ahead of ours. A very young man, who presented himself as the manager, sarcastically let us know that cars that get the premium service have to wait. As a consequence, none of the windows were washed. I had to ask the person wiping the car to clean the windshield, he did so grudgingly. The wheels and tires weren't done. Basically it was washed and wiped down. It was a sloppy job and I didn't get what I paid for.
