MAIDS OF VIRGINIA

I requested to be contacted by Maids of VA through their website on a Friday night and got a reply back first thing Monday morning. They stated we could set up an "in person" quote o,r because they had been doing this for so long, they could just give me a quote with some information provided. I gave them the info about the areas to be cleaned and they said they charged by the hour, which is fine and it was $28.00/hour. He said it would probably take about 3 hours. We set up to have someone come out that next Wednesday at 0830. At o'clock 8 the morning of the initial visit, they called and said the maid was sick and would have to reschedule and that they would call me back later to do that. They called me back around 4pm to reschedule for noon the next day. Well that morning I received another call that the maid was still sick and was going to the Dr at 1000 and that we would have to reschedule again. Well I don't think that's very professional for their initial visit. I wish they would have offered to send someone else out. I am now searching for a new cleaning company.

I am a picky person and they do an average job. When they are finished, I do not have much to complain about. I am very pleased with their services and with their price. I believe the price is very reasonable for the amount of work that they do. I like that they charge by the hour for my whole house.
