+ -1 moreWhen he had the windows at two months, he realized that he ordered wrong size windows so he couldn't start then. Then his one worker who deals with lead paint was not available so he couldn't install them. So going back and forth with scheduling was a nightmare. I had to keep calling him to see when he was coming and what was being done when. Even when he told me things were being done at a certain time, they weren't and I had to keep checking in with him. In the end, everything was done at a great price. However, the whole experience was a frustrating one at best due to his lack of communication. I may use him again solely for his low price.
Description of Work: I was referred to Len by my neighbor. My neighbor was very pleased with the windows that Len had placed few years back. When I met with Len, he gave me a great quote for the same windows that Window World uses plus he was willing to to outdoor window trim and a couple of other outside work that I needed, i.e. storm door replacement and patio swing chair re-attachment. I was very excited to have our 13 windows replaced since they are the originals from 1912 and some were not even functional. However, he didn't actually replace the windows for another three months.

+ 0 moreOutstanding. Mr. Byrum was prompt and courteous. He explained the process to me and answered numerous questions. Clean-up after the job was outstanding, he also left me some extra caulking and color-matched nails for hanging Christmas lights. I will definitely contact Mr. Byrum when I'm ready to replace my windows. His work is superb.
Description of Work: I had all exterior wood trim surfaces wrapped in aluminum, soffits were wrapped with vinyl. All rotten wood was replaced (there wasn't much) and additional ventilation holes were cut in the soffits.
