Description of Work: Excellent customer service. Took the time to explain how the furniture was made and the various options available to us. Promised delivery time met our needs. This is our first time to purchase anything from this store and our experience was such a positive one that we will definitely return there. The sales people do not receive a commission based on sales, but are salaried, which means you don't have to worry about being pressured to buy anything. Great discounts off the total based on the costs of items purchased. Of course, the more you buy the higher the discount. Yes, they are priced higher than most furniture, but their reputation is also stellar with good warranties - 5 years. We did have a negative experience with Ashley Furniture - they promised one deliver date, but that changed without us being notified. The deliver date was delayed a month. We cancelled the order as we did not appreciate being lied to. Definitely shop at Lazy Boy as they followed through on everything promised.

+ -1 moreI found out that not just anybody can fix a La-Z-Boy chair because not everybody can get the parts. I had to prove that I was the original owner of the chair before they would order the parts. Their technician came to the house and was here 5 minutes to fix the chair. He did not waste time and knew what he was doing. He was very personable, polite and knew how to talk to people. He was punctual and I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used a service person from La-Z-Boy Furniture Stores to repair my La-Z-Boy chair.
