Home Buyers Warranty custers beware (2-10 specifically); I am a 20 plus year customer of 2-10 HBW. This is the fifth local contractor sent to my home by 2-10 regarding my AC not cooling my home properly since May 2023. As expected the technician left without correcting the issue, stating your AC system is technically working although not cooling the house properly. These companies take kickback money from Home Warranty Companies to tell hard working premium paying customers that problems their experiencing are unrelated home Warranty issue. This scam has gone on long enough. If you have this same issue please review accordingly to hold these contractors accountable. Hopefully this will put an end to hardworking home owners getting ripped off and create some integrity in the industry .

Keith Thompson and Son Heating and Cooling set themselves apart from the rest because they gave us everything we wanted! Their price was at least half of their competitors and they simply DID what they said they would do. The other HVAC companies said we could choose ONLY two of our wants; great equipment, low price or quality/timely work. But, Keith Thompson and Son Heating and Cooling gave us all three! Our two split systems were about 30 years old & we needed quality replacements for our home and Mike Thompson delivered on his promise from day one. We also needed to have two concrete pads poured for the new condensing units, so Mike coordinated to remove the outdoor units, let us do our re-grading & pad work and then his guy's came right back to finish the job. They took away the old equipment, installed the two new Trane split systems in two days and followed up with a passing city inspection. We have a solid Trane parts warranty coupled with our 10 year labor warranty and really appreciate the peace of mind they give us. It just doesn't get better than that. Thank you Mike Thompson for all the hard work your great staff has performed - we will recommend you to everyone!

The technician was a young man named Josh, he was polite, professional and made a quick diagnosis of the problems and repaired them. Josh is a credit to his profession in every way. We will utilize Keith Thompson and Son from now on. Thanks!

Everything went well. The Repairman was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. The Unit was repaired and operational by Friday Evening!
