Description of Work: I brought in my laptop which had a severely crushed case along the hinges. They determined the unit was beyond economical repair and extracted all the data in exchange for parts. I was very satisfied with the solution and service.

+ -1 moreThey tried 3 different screens on the laptop and they all "flickered", after 2 weeks of ordering parts and having them fail they tried one more diagnostic. It turned out to be the mother board to the laptop. They charged me $40 only for the diagnostics and told me it would cost less to replace the laptop. They were very kind and tried everything they could to help me.
Description of Work: The screen to my sisters laptop was broken and after extensive diagnostics and multiple screens they determined there was an issue with the mother board and that I would save money by buying a new laptop rather than them charging me a ton to fix it.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I've used Just Laptops for service, they were recommended by a coworker. Took laptop in suspecting a virus, unfortunately, the hard drive was bad after only 13 months. Darryl went the extra steps and called Toshiba to see if they would cover the drive - nope. I'm sure many others wouldn't even think of trying to save their customer some money, these folks actually have some ethics. Cost included repeat customer discount, new hard drive and data recovery. Great small business, they called and kept me informed of the process and estimated time of repair. Unfortunately for me, they has several computers ahead of mine, so I did have a wait. I would recommend to anyone!
