Was required to use their services, no options. Service was fine, cost was fine. Was required to pay them an inspection fee on top of the work they were providing. Never received a second inspection, paperwork should have been part of the cost of the service. This was clearly a fee to pad their margins.

They are really good and they are reliable. And they do repair work too. I have been working with them for years. He's very very thorough. He takes pictures and sends them to you about how the house looks underneath. He points out what needs to be done and gives you diagrams. He tells you what kind of chemicals he will have to use to get rid of certain kinds of insects and stuff. He doesn't take advantage of people.

We needed to replace a pest-control company at our home in Portsmouth because of a recurring problem with roaches that the exterminator couldn't seem to fix. (There were other issues throughout several years, so that was merely the last straw.) We found John Edwards on Angie's list, and it looked like a good service to go with. But after at least two attempts to get someone to call us back, we never got the call(!) So while we can't rate the service, we'll have to give the responsiveness a Zero.

It was an excellent service. He is really friendly and explained everything to me. I thought he went above and beyond in everything he did.

pleasant , enthusiastic, explains and teaches about his work. Gives options for problem solving, treatment. Cleans up.punctual, called when 5 minutes late once.

The technician was on-time and very professional. He got his work done quickly and took the time to explain what he was doing and how the chemicals he was using worked.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and didnt rush the job. After he was done he explained everything to me. He was a gentleman.

These guys are very professional and friendly. I haven't had them do anything major (just termite inspections), but I'd use them.

I have used them for several years now and I like that I do not have to have a contract with them as if I don t need them to come, I just have to call. It is a just a little family owned company but they are very dependable. It is usually one of their three different servicemen that come out. I even allow them to come into my home if I'm not home as I trust them that much.

John Edwards is very good at what they do. They spray for the fleas and lay bait for the roaches. I have been using them for two years and have never seen a bug since the first occasion. They do a very good job keeping these pests away. I am very comfortable with their services and plan to keep them for a while.
