 + 0 moreJohn is courteous, professional and more than fair in his pricing. He provides quality workmanship at affordable prices. He currently is charging $25/hr but if you have a project that needs to be done, you better book him soon. With the quality of the work he does, I wouldn't be surprised to see his pricing increase. :-). I have some other items on my list I will be asking him to do myself while he is so affordable. PS I had gotten other estimates for the work John performed, and John's pricing was much better.
Description of Work: John Stubbs replaced the door leading from kitchen to garage, repaired crack beam and roof decking in attic, repaired rotted areas at door jambs leading to garage, replaced a faucet in Master bath as well as installed a new P trap assembly for sink and caulking/grouting of shower.
