Very well. It's always good.

I will never call them again. The salesman pressured me and they overpriced me for a very simple amount of work to do. They were not responsive when I needed a callback to get some estimates. I did not have a good experience with them and I will not use them in the future. They overpriced me by a lot. I had spoken to six different people and I was getting medium range quotes from $12-15,000 and they came in with like $22,000.

2-3 years ago, I had called them for repairs on 2 doors and new door knobs plus grouting a shower. The estimate was over $3000. The Case rep was pushy and when I told him I would let him know later, he was rude. Several friends have used them.

I decided to go with someone else. There was a charge of $500 for the plan that they did and I paid that. I wasn?t unhappy but I decided to go with another contractor. They were very professional. The only issue I had with them was the cost. They were significantly higher than other bidders. They were very professional outfit. They would have done a good job if I had given them the job. I was impressed with them. I saw a good preparation and good spec. They contacted me and kept in touch with me. They determined our needs. It was all very well done. I would consider them in the future.

I would never use them again. It was a total ordeal. They had to redo work, they were sloppy, they didn't do the work on-time and they were hard to contact. They had no redeeming features and I was glad to finally get them out of here! I ended up having to fix the work myself after they left.

I have had quite few huge jobs done in my 70 year old house by these guys. They were just great. They have always showed up on time and always got the job done right. Most of these jobs were done at different times so it is hard to say exactly how much I paid for each. This was a very expensive job though but it was all worth it. They did great.

Started the project a week early, 1/3 deposit up front. After the first day of demo, we didn't see them again for a week. The on site supervision (OSS) was less than professional. Case electricians (sub contractor) came in and accidentally cut a wire to an upstairs bath and closet. The OSS got angry at the electrician for cutting an extra hole in ceiling, cursed at the man in our ear shot and kicked him off the job. 10 days later we still have no electric. The OSS made numerous suggestions that he thought would improve the outcome of our project, we agreed to the changes until we saw the price for the change orders! When we questioned the change price OSS said he quit and walked off the job. We found out that the OSS gets paid a percentage of the change order. I could go on...bottom line Case sent out sales person and VP. They offered us a new supervisor. Demo and steel beam complete we have paid $11,000 they want additional monies just to cancel contract! BIG MESS

The hooks and closet went well. There was something wrong with the fan, the handyman told me the faucet I bought had its lines too short (I know nothing about that otherwise I would have done the work myself), and the pickets were the wrong size. Well, duh, if I were a repairman and knew this stuff, I wouldn't be hiring them. So I kind of blame the guy that first came out for not giving me the right advice. My faucet was not replaced, a washer was changed, and it works worse now.

The Case estimator identified rotted wood and indicated that that was contributing to the leaking, as well as the need for caulking. FYI, the minimum charge is now for 4 hrs., which means $400 and I even bought my own materials, per the estimator's instructions, to avoid the hefty mark-up fees that Case charges. The repair man did a careful, thorough job and I have no complaint with the actual work done. However, the window leaked just as badly as before! It took 2 phone calls to Case before they responded. The estimator came out, followed by his supervisor, and they both identified the problem as being the rubber gasket in the storm window having failed, and admitted that their agent had missed this and thus misdiagnosed the problem. Instead of offering to remedy the situation at their expense, as a good will gesture, they slapped some of MY duct tape on the window, which did nothing, and let me know of a repair shop.

The contractor's representative asked for a minimum $1,000 fee before a study could be conducted. Although this upfront fee could be applied to the project cost, it was non-refundable and gave Case an unfair competitive advantage since the customer would already have a $1,000 (or more) investment before selecting a contractor.

Very good experience. We were able to purchase the materials for the repair ourselves, so our only cost was labor. The carpenter was on time, very diligent, and polite, and he cleaned up before he left. He did a great job finishing the door properly (trim, kaulk, etc.)The whole termite experience was stressful, and it is so nice to have the door finally finished correctly.

I am familiar with Case Handyman because I have used their services before. They worked very hard when they were here; they didn't take any breaks. They were very polite and respectful. They really did an excellent job. The clean up was also impressive. If anyone needs anything done around his or her home, these are the guys to call.

They did a great job, and I will have them do all my work from now on. I did the interior finish, but they did everything else. They were on time every morning, and they worked very hard until they were finished with the job. They also did a very good job of cleaning up the mess that they made.

I felt that they were truly professional with us. I didn't have them do a big job for us however the job that they did was perfect. The shelving that they put in was very sturdy and the flooring looked great and was level. I suspect that it will last for years to come.

I was very impressed with guy that came out and changed the doors. They were very clean with their work and left no mess. Case was recommended to me from the place I bought the doors from. I will use them again if I need to and I will recommend them to others.

They were listed as the #1 company in Chesapeake and Norfolk and the #2 company in Virginia Beach. They put down tarps and all and were very careful to not get paint everywhere. They took all their trash with them and didn t throw anything in our garbage. They used new paint that went on one color and turned white to be sure they didn t miss any spots. I didn t know the cost of this job because my wife dealt with the payment.

I was extremely happy with these guys and they were able to get the leak fixed. I think they just lifted the shingles and tarred around the fan. Their prices were great because we were expecting to pay a lot more than we did.

They said it would take a week, and I had to call them several times over 6 months. The work did not go well and it had to be redone. They didn t show up on time. I had to cancel the credit card payment before getting a response. We negotiated a lower price because of the shady work they did.

They were an excellent company. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They completed the work in the estimated time. They cleaned up as if they were never there. I would recommend them to anybody. For the quality of work, the price was very reasonable.

Case has done several things for me over the years. This is one of the most recent things they have done. I am kind of unsure about my feelings for them because they are just average. I would not say they are the best, but I wouldn t say they are the worst either. Every job is different as far as pricing. It all depends on what you have done and how long they are here. In my case they charged me $75 per hour and were working on the job for a total of about 7 hours.

The quality of material and work they did on the bathroom to make it handicap accessible was very efficient. The men were great to work with, very respectful and polite. We have not had any problems with their work. They left no mess for us to clean up.

They started this remodeling in January 2006, and four months later it was still not finished. We had to pay them a great deal of money. I couldn t even put things away in my cupboards until they finished. They were a complete shame. They haven't finished the five cabinets, the lazy Susan or a kickboard. They kept giving us excuses about why they couldn t finish. They didn t finish the four drawers either.

We use Case Handyman for all our household repairs as they do it all. They were very professional and honest. They did a very good job and cleaned everything when they were done. I would recommend them for any kind of home maintenance. I liked the fact that they only replaced the things that needed to be replaced.

The came out three times before they even started the work. The first visit was to look at what we wanted done, the second was to take pictures and the third was to give the quote. Each time, I had to take off work. They didn't live up to their end of the contract. They tore the wallpaper in the bathroom; and we found the part they used to fix the kitchen sink for about two dollars. I also asked for an itemized bill and they refused to give me one. I even reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I was very pleased with their overall work. They didn't sub-contract any of the work that they did as they did it all by themselves. I was kept informed through out the whole process. They let me use their rates with their supplier to purchase the columns. They are an outstanding company.
