I read the reviews of people having items repaired and how great they did so I called for an estimate. I was told they only do full installations. Perhaps it is time for a refresh of their company description?

There was only one person doing the entire project. his name was country. he was very professional and a delight to be around.

Arnie and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. The estimate was in the middle of the three that we received, but the knowledge and professionalism that was so apparent during the two meetings that I had with Arnie made the decision an easy one. The roof looks great and the crew was prompt and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering them for roof installation.

The service was good. The staff was very courteous. They were prompt. They left the area clean as they found it.

They were professional, reasonably priced and were able to get an estimate to us quickly. I would recommend them.

The job was clearly outlined and scheduled around weather. The crew arrived very early in the morning totally removed the old roof, Removed the bad sections Replaced with new wood Built a chimney cricket And completed the work before The day was over Very professional Absolutely clean site Solid work Very satisfied

Roof job went as planned had some issues with skylight leaking but other than that no issues since. My problem came in the referrals some have told me calls were not returned and one neighbor that did contact Jayhawk and had his roof installed I received no contact of a referral credit. I approached Jeff Fletcher on the job at completion of the job and asked if the referral credit could be deducted from my neighbors invoice. He replied that he was getting so many deductions that he could not do that so I then requested to send it directly to me . That was the last I have heard from Mr. Fletcher or Jayhawk. So I called him today to inquire about the referral credit to which he replied, you know the company just started that referral program in March and I'm not sure Bla..Bla...Blaaa. So I told him that's ok don't try to explain and I would just document my experiences online. He then called back about 10 min. later to say I might want to call the company and see what they say. Why should I have to call and see what they say when The company ( Mr. Country ) told me if we referred anyone that contracted a job there was a compensation. This was not about the money, I just hate to be lied to. I feel if you offend me something don't add parameters on later. I had a good experience with them until this point. But If you're referring someone for the compensation forget it. SO I SAID JUST SEND IT TO ME. HE CONFIRMED MY ADDRESS AND HE GAVE ME HIS CARDS AND STATED IT YOU WOULD BE IN TOUCH. YOU NEVER CALLED. SO I CALLED YOU AND YOU BLEW ME OFF THE PERSON AT YOUR OFFICE GAVE ME THE LINE ABOUT THE REFERRAL PROGRAM JUST STARTING. THIS RESPONSE STATEMENT THAT HE NEVER SPOKE WITH ME IS A COMPLETE LIE. AND I ASKED FOR THE REFERRAL TO BE DEDUCTED FROM MY NEIGHBORS BILL BECAUSE THAT'S THE KIND OF NEIGHBORS WE ARE. YOU WOULD'NT UNDERSTAND TRUTHFULNESS AND KINDNESS OR YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER WROTE THIS RESPONSE. GOD AND JEFF FLETCHER KNOWS I SPEAK THE TRUTH. they were fast efficient and very professional. I highly recommend them .

Estimator was on time and very professional. He measured and inspected the roof and provided an estimate for replacement. We received 4 estimates. Three in the range of $5700-$6800 and one outlier at $11,280. We had two estimates that were almost identical products. We chose another company only because they beat Jayhawk on price. This is a great company and highly recommend they be included in your estimate process. I will be calling them for future projects.

Very pleased with Jayhawk Exteriors. We had several quotes and were all similar in price. We decided to go with Jayhawk because Arnie Ireland (foreman) identified two issues with exterior wood/soffit that was deteriorated and needed replaced. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection and that earned our respect. They showed up as scheduled, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, used a rolling magnet to pick up any roof nails and were very polite. I would recommend them again.

The entire team from Jayhawk Exteriors was outstanding! Our house has a whole new look and it looks amazing! We had our roof, siding, trim, gutters and windows replaced. Country came to do the estimate and was the "go-to" guy as our project manager throughout the entire process. He is not some slick salesman. His knowledge comes from years of experience doing the work and he can be trusted to take good care of your home. He was always in contact with me about the next step, or just checking to see if I was pleased with the progress. Due to the scope of work, we had 5 different crews work on our house over about a 3 week period. Every one of them was professional, polite and worked very hard. The yard was cleaned regularly. Our house was a fixer-upper so there were additional costs due to years of neglect, but Country discussed all possible additional costs up front so there were no surprises. I had a few special requests for the trim. Country helped give me ideas before the work began and Jose went above and beyond to make sure I loved the final product. He mocked up a few examples so I could choose which one I liked best. Windows - I was not familiar with Simonton windows prior to this. However, I did a lot of research during the process, including several other window estimates. We are completely satisfied with our windows. What a difference! Overall, the work done was exceptional. Our house was the ugly duckling on the street and now I receive compliments on it all the time. We will absolutely use Jayhawk for our next big project! Thanks Country and all the guys who worked on our house!!

It all went well. I have no complaints.

He called me when I first purchased the deal to try and schedule. He wanted wait until he could come and take a look, but I was not at home. He tried to reach me a few weeks later after coming out and gave me a quote that was ridiculously expensive. I had a different quote for $16,000 less than what he was wanting to quote me for this job.

They delivered as promised and the price was good. He showed up on time. I asked them to give me a quote on another job and I never got the quote from them. For what I hired them for the job was well done. They got the job done in about 2.5 hours. He was very flexible with scheduling and worked with me.

Their rep Country was a breeze to work with. He explained the process and different materials available in terms you can understand. Quote came in way within reason compared to others. After picking the colors and scheduling their team showed up finished my house in under 2 days and it looks magnificent. I can not say enough about Jayhawk and the job they did.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The job went very well. We interviewed five companies for this job and chose JayHawk because of their proposal for the job and their willingness to accommodate things we wanted done. Mr.Higgins, the estimator and salesman, was very willing to discuss all options and explained the pros and cons very thoroughly. He gave us what turned out to be an accurate estimate of the time for special ordering the siding and for the installation. On the day scheduled for the job to begin, the crew showed up on time and went right to work. There were five of them and they all were polite, neatly dressed, and they seemed to know what they were doing. The entire job took five days. They cleaned up after themselves very well. The only mildly negative note is that a number of our shrubs around the house were damaged some. In fairness to them, some of the shrubs are a little hard to work around. One note is that JayHawk did sub-contract the installation; however, the crew who did the job was very good. Any questions we had of them were answered promptly and if we didn't understand why they were doing something a certain way, they explained it to our satisfaction. Mr. Higgins showed up every day during the job to make sure it was being done to his satisfaction.

The weather was a slight problem so it took extra hours into the next day, but the job was organized and the workers were efficient. They had planned to replace some of the plywood on one section of the roof but once the roofing was removed the plywood was so thin and unstable it was determined that all the plywood needed to be replaced. The added cost did not seem unreasonable as we knew the cost of the plywood and it was necessary to have the job completed properly. When the job was completed the crew cleaned up everything and the roof looks great!

We chose Jayhawk Exteriors from Angie?s List after having several roofing companies come out and give us estimates. Mr. Ireland was straight-forward, honest, knowledgeable and gave us a great price on our roof. The crew that came out to install our roof was courteous and professional. They protected our shrubs and deck and did a great job cleaning up. They even went over the yard with a magnet to get any stray nails up. The job was completed in one day. I would strongly recommend Jayhawk to anyone who needs exterior work.

It was good but we chose another company. They just went out to our old property and gave an estimate when I wasn't there so I haven't dealt with them one on one. They went out and gave us an fair estimate. I didn't have to call them back.

Only negative was that there was some debris left behind on part of my roof, and I was finding old roofing nails, etc, for months. Otherwise, they installed a good product for a good price. Professional, timely, generally a good experience. I have already recommended them to someone down my street. Arnie I. was the estimator assigned to my house.

The shutters and gutters looked very nice, no complaint there. I think they were a little pricey, they charged $65 or more per window to install the shutters, which thought was a bit expensive. Also, one of the shutters has blown off and I need to have it reinstalled. Work in guaranteed for 24 months, so will have them reinstall since they did the work.

I initially scheduled three companies to visit my home to give me a price on a new roof. I called Jayhawk but at the time, the lady that answered the call stated that someone would call me back. I didn't get a call back till a couple days later. Since Jayhawk did call me back, I decided to add them to my list so I had four companies present their products. I thought the first company was good and would just go through the motions with the other three. Then the next day, the second company was just a little bit better and I had my mind set on them. Jayhawk Exteriors was the third company and was even better than the first two! All the companies gave me price quotes for work on the same roof so I could compare apples to oranges. As a side note, the fourth company came later after Jayhawk and their presentation and price was way, way out of the ball park and was just a waste of time. Arnie was my rep and he was great! I appreciated his professionalism and he was the only company that either put shoe-covers over their shoes, or took them off so as not to affect my white carpet. I just really appreciated that tid-bit. The work was done during the time it was scheduled and the roof looks great! I highly recommend Jayhawk Exteriors to anyone who either needs a new roof or repairs to an existing one. They are great!

It was perfect. They did the job well. We liked it. We had a problem and they came back out and fixed it. The price was very good.

They were punctual, did the work quickly and professionally.
