Description of Work: Jayhawk provided a complete replacement roof. Wood had to be replaced and they chose the cheapest way for me to go and still conform to guarantees that were provided by manufacturers. They were there as promised, cut down branches at no extra charge to clear from the roof. Completed in excellent time as promised. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: They changed 22 feet of gutter and a down spout also repaired a loose gutter a piece of flashing.

Description of Work: Repaired loose shingles over the garage and a dry rotted 4 foot section of soffit in the same area. Unfortunately the replacement was reattached with staples and loosened within a week. I reattached with finishing nails. Other than that I was pleased with their work. They even replaced, with out my request, some of the seals around plumbing and dryer stacks.

Description of Work: I did not use them. My gut feeling on the representative. I did not feel he was very professional. Used profanity and did not seem eager for my business. Used another contractor.

Description of Work: New roof and siding for an old craftsman house. It was a lot of work with some pretty complicated angles and it looks great. They use it as a reference house often. We are very happy with them and will use them again when we need other work.

Description of Work: Removed old roofing materials from the house and a 10 by 20 foot shed. Sealed up all holes where static vents were, with plywood, replaced 3 sheets of deteriorated plywood. Installed latest roofing materials and roof vents on both structures. Very professional crew. Best clean-up of any job that I have ever seen. Would definitely recommend Jayhawk.

Description of Work: We asked for a quote on a new roof on a residential property and set up an appointment to meet someone at the property for an estimate. The estimator did not show and we called to follow up. The main office was not aware of the situation but indicated they would track things down and be back in touch. We never heard from them again.

Description of Work: Arnie came out and did a very good presentation. Customer service was great and on time for proposal. He gave me a packet of information which included all licenses, certifications, and letters from customers. I have not made a decision on who is going to do the roof replacement.

Description of Work: Called to look at roof vent cowlings. Did not need to be replaced. Person who came out told me everything was ok and there was no charge.

Description of Work: Removed old gutters and installed new. Some communication issues between the man giving the estimate and what we wanted to the guys actually doing work. Issue resolved....

Description of Work: Needed a dormer roof shingle repair. Thought the price a bit high (using day labor rate of $25/hr) for 1 sheet, especially since no material except a few nails were used. It was done in conjunction with a roof estimate, which I thought was also high.
