The guys arrived on time and accomplished all the work to my satisfaction. They were very professional at all times.

Everything went well. They were very quick to respond when I called them, they cleaned up after themselves, and they rectified a problem with the gutters very quickly. Furthermore, it was a fair price for a good quality of work.

Awesome Company... My house is a one story Brick ranch with siding on 3 Gables and on 300 sq ft addition. I had the roof guesstimated around 21 squares or so 2 valleys and one chimney to flash... Day one was New roof day. We went with the GAF 50 year warranty (on materials) system... Crew started at 7:00, tear off was done by 9:30 or so...9:30 till around noon was spent replacing plywood and cutting in the ridge vent. Noon till 4:00 was spent putting down the new roof, installing the ridge vent and flashing the chimney. Clean up was finished and the guys were gone before 5:00, I didn't get their names but wished I had, so I could give them proper Kudos. Soffit and vinyl wrap took about a week, there were a few unexpected developments...Some rotten plywood and adjustments, made over the bay window etc. Arnie smoothed out all the problems supplied additional materials when needed and priced the changes fairly. Shout out to Brian and Frank (and name unkown helper) for their Craftsmanship and effort. Phase 3 was gutters day. Jason, Big Joe and Gabe arrived around 2:00, fabricated and installed 150 ft of seamless gutter and were gone around 4:30 or 5:00. Gutters were perfect. Thank You. Michael was awesome! He gave me an honest estimate. Initially referred me to someone else for a portion that did not fall under his scope of expertise; when they weren't available he had ha guys come up with an affordable solution. I'm definitely going through them for my roof next year!

I did get their name from Angie's List. I was very pleased with the outcome, I haven't seen the work but with my dealings with them. I talked to them a couple of weeks ago. The roof was $75.40 and I think my house is like 29 squares. The gutters is $625. I felt like the gentleman who gave me the quote was very personable and he knew what he was talking about. They have all the credentials that we would require. They gave me a very professional packet of information.

We're here on time, cleaned up as they worked. Veryprofessional.

My experience with them was excellent. It was reasonably priced, he did what he said he would do and he arrived on time.

Worker fell through the roof while making repairs, damaging furniture inside the house. Worker sent to repair the interior ceiling was sloppy and surly. He slung plaster all over our floor, windows and furniture. He dumped his extra plaster mix in our flower beds He refused to leave my property when I asked him to. I should have called the police, but called his supervisor instead. Jayhawk had to send another employee to clean up the mess. The roof was not repaired correctly. Now , one year later, they have finally sent someone to repair the roof again.

Our condos had previously used Jayhawk and were happy with their work. Arnie was on top of things at all times.

It took a few days from the time I called Jayhawk and requested an estimate before I heard anything back. When I did get a call back, the gentleman set up an appointment with me (3 days later) for Friday afternoon between 4:30 and 5:00. I took off work early to ensure I would be there so I was at home from 2:00 on. Estimator never showed, never called. Estimator finally called back and left me a voicemail on Sunday evening. He appologized for forgetting my appointment and requested I contact him to reschedule. I will not be calling them back.

Really enjoyed working with Arnie the main supervisor - easy to communicate with. The tear off of existing sheathing and installation of new plywood was done when I was out of town -- I really trust these guys. Amazing work -- good price -- highly recommended.

I would not use them again in the future.

They did a great job and were reasonably priced. If I saw something I was not pleased with they came back and corrected it.

We chose them among the other companies that we got a quote from. We went with them because their price was good. They had a very thorough presentation. We wanted to get all the factory warranties as well. They quoted $6900 for the job, but got a $300 factory rebate for the military. They were very professional and very thorough. They were very attentive to the details. They made sure that we understood everything they were going to do. They listened to our concerns. They did an excellent job. I would like to add that the company responded very quickly to an item needing follow-up. I discovered a small piece of flashing that was missing, and within 2 days Jeff was on-site to take care of it. I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

Excellent experience. The estimator, Arnie Ireland, was personable and professional. The price was over $2500 less than the highest of five estimates for the identical roofing system. The crew arrived on time and worked unbelievably h****** one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to complete a large roofing job in one thirteen hour day. They replaced damaged sheathing and cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend this company

We need the repair done fast, well, and affordably, in anticipation of an inspection for a re-fi. Jayhawk came through on all counts, just as they did for us in the past when we need roofing work done following a hurricane a few years ago. We are repeat Jayhawk customers, and glad to be.

We are very happy with the whole replacement of our roof and all the needed preparations. Arnie was always punctual and returned all my calls quickly. His crew showed up on time on the scheduled day. I watched them work throughout the day, they were very professional. As with any job the details make the whole job and these guys did pay attention to the details. I saw a few times they didn?t like the way a shingle or two went down and they would tear them off and redo them. Great roof at a fair price and a quality install what more could you ask for.

They showed up right on time and assessed and fixed the roof within an hour. I was grateful since it was going to rain. They reduced the price of the job because it was a small job and they could fix it right away. We would highly recommend them.

I have needed a new roof for some time because my roof was old and leaked in several areas. I interview 5 different roofing companies. They all seemed good but the prices varied a lot. I joined Angie's List during the same time I was getting the estimates from the different companies. Angie's presented me with a group of the companies that had gotten good reports from their customers. Jayhawk was listed as #1. I called to set up an appointment and was pleased from the very beginning. The estimator was Jeff Fletcher. I told him what I wanted and my budget. Jeff was very thorough in his presentation and was anxious to make sure I understood the procedure and process. I thought the quote was fair. The work was done in 2 days and the crew was very efficient in all that they did. Jeff came & went during both days and checked with me each time for questions/problem. My roof is beautiful and I am very pleased. I'm glad I chose Jayhawks interiors and used angie's list to find them. evelyn goodman

We own a 1916 Craftsman style home. Many of the cedar shingles had cracked, curled and broken, and we were pretty much past the point of needing them replaced. "Country" was our Jayhawk sales representative. He was very knowledgeable not only of the products he was selling, but also on their installation, and he set me at ease almost immediately. He also brought up the fact that if we had the soffits wrapped, we would lose much of the Craftsman detail of the home. I really appreciated the fact that he seemed genuinely ineterested in maintaining some of the original charm of the home, even if that meant less work for them. This was a big job, removing the old shingles was not easy. The total time woked was 3 full weeks. And while the clean up could have been better, (we're still picking up nails), I still give them all A's because of the quality of the work and the materials. We couldn't be happier with the results. Many neighbors have told us they love our "new" house, the result is that dramatic. And while this was a big expense, I can honestly say it was worth every penny to us, and I can't give a better recommendation than that!

They did an outstanding job. They did not have the lowest price, but just overall, we picked them.

Provided free estimate at appointed time. Could not come the day work was to begin because of rainy weather. Came the next business day and worked from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and came back the next morning to finish the job and double check the cleanup. People worked on the roof on a very hot day and did a great job. Roof looks better than ever and we have lived here about 40 years. Supervisor remained on the job all day and answered all questions in a friendly manner. Wife and I are very satisfied with the job and the people who worked on our roof.

The repair went great. The workers showed up when they said they would and were very efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I was very pleased and will use Jayhawk again when it is time for the rest of the roof to be done.

They were quick to respond and provide a written repair estimate within 3 days of my initial call (they would have responded 1 day sooner but it was raining that day). They were very thorough and professional in their explanation of the reason for the damage and their proposed repair. The only reason I did not choose them to do the repair is that they offer no warranty on repair jobs. Another company offered a 1 year repair warranty and a third company offered a 2 year repair warranty. For the essentially same repair proposal and similar cost would you want "No Warranty", or a "1 or 2 Year Warranty"? It was an easy decision.

They were prompt and knowledgeable.
