Tim was very nice and polite, his workers and he were timely and very careful with our yard and belongings. I’m really particular about lines and extra perfectionist. He put my mind at ease and went above and beyond with laying out to job for our back yard. He installed concrete for pool equipment to sit on, modern steps to the back gate, a trash can pad, and a large patio area where our hot tub would sit. He was don’t with all of this in two days. I’m so excited to enjoy the area now. Highly recommend! I’m going to invite him back to do my mother in law’s driveway next :)

Timothy Click, the owner of Integrity Concrete, has zero integrity. He damaged the plumbing for my sprinkler system, cost me $375 to repair. Didn’t properly read my property survey and poured concrete onto the neighbor’s property. Cost me $900 to have excess concrete cut and disposed off. Uneven concrete causes a puddle on my driveway every time it rains. I’m having a drain installed, which will cause me $850. Mr. Click has avoided all my calls and a letter I wrote him. My last straw is taking him to court, working on that now. This whole ordeal with having my driveway extended has been a nightmare. DO NOT USE INTEGRITY CONCRETE!!!

Everything this homeowner has said is a flat out lie. I put a driveway addition in and used the site plan homeowner gave to my company. There was also a flag he had marked for his property that he said was his. He assured me that was his property line. I also told homeowner that any irrigation system that was in the area to be excavated will be damaged if it wasnt installed properly. Irrigation should be put in 8 inches deep his was put in 4 inches deep. He said he understood and said he didn't need the irrigation system in that area anymore because there would be concrete there not grass. The homeowner himself put in a basketball pole and hoop that was outside of his property line. My company had no hand in that. Once he found out his hoop was in the neighbors yard he wanted my company to remove the hoop and pole cut some of the driveway addition out and reput the hoop back in. That was something I wasn't willing to do for free yet he wanted it done for free. He never told me he was putting one in because if he did I would of told him to keep the driveway addition off the property line to give room for the basketball pole. I'm not in the business of fixing homeowners mistakes. Now anything that happens for anyone that's the mistake of my company is fixed immediately without question. I've been in business for 26 years and stay booked out 4 to 6 months. Anyone needed concrete work done I can give hundreds of references to prove my professionalism and expertise in the concrete industry.

Company came highly recommended. Met with owner in January 2017, who was very impressive in knowledge and suggestions/recommendations and provided a fair price along with a reasonable time frame. The deposit check of $2,600 was promptly cashed in February, then silence on the line. Finally in May after no concrete or scheduled date for work to begin, we cancelled the contract for non-performance. After taking 30 days to refund the deposit the company kept $250 without notice or explanation. Txts messages and voicemails to the company regarding this matter have not been returned. In order to give the company the opportunity to correct this, I delayed making this report until now.

Once again I have no idea why homeowners make stuff up. Here's the entire story with all facts. I met with the homeowner at her house we got along perfectly. I own Akitas and she had 2 rescue Akitas of her own. Once we went over everything she wanted I left and went home and sent her a proposal. She agreed to everything so a contract was sent. I explained to the homeowner that her yard was so saturated with water from all the rain that I couldn't do anything until it dried up. She said she understood. That was in February which was a very wet month because its winter. It continued to rain so nothing could be done in February. Here comes March and we got 15 inches of snow and just more rain. I kept in contact with her every couple of weeks. I went to her house several times to check her yard. Her back yard is low. That's why concrete was being put in to raise things to help the water flow away from the house and yard. Still more rain through March and April. Nothing could be done. Still in contact and still checking the yard every two weeks. Now were at the end of April and homeowner calls and says when do you think we can get the concrete done. I said I checked your yard and its drying up pretty good and it should be ready in two weeks. She said ok. Then a couple days later she called and said she wanted her money back because I was taking to long to do her concrete work. I explained to her and on my contract it clearly states any delays outside of my control doesn't constitute abandonment. Any cancellation would end up with a 250 dollar fee. Mind you I had already been to her house multiple times to check her yard. She then decides to get nasty and start name calling. Very unprofessional. I've been in business for 26 years and have never served anyone with the 250 fee. Her name calling cause her that fee not my company. I can give hundreds of references to prove my professionalism and expertise in the concrete industry.

The first set of stairs, the side stairs, were removed, no problem. Care was taken prevent the small "bobcat" from damaging the driveway. The second set, the front stairs, were constructed in such a away that they could not be removed without removing the side pieces which we wanted to retain. The contractor ended up "capping" these stairs with a 1" layer of concrete. Not ideal but acceptable. There was a problem with the concrete delivery so the pouring and finishing ran late. The side stairs were finished well after dark. Both sets of stairs looked good when all was said and done. Fast forward 9 months to the end of December 2010. We got over 12" snow, the day after Christmas. The stairs were shoveled and scraped several times and a de-icing agent was applied. The deicer was a non-salt product who's manufacturer claims will not harm concrete. Within 24 hrs the stairs starting flaking. Spalling is the technical term. The side stairs have flaked much more so than the front stairs. The side stairs are a mess. In March 2011 we contacted the contractor. He said he would take a look. He came within a few days. His first reaction was to blame the de-icing agent. He claims that concrete is "green" for two years and any deicing agent will damage the concrete. On the positive side he did say that he would stand by his two year warranty and return to fix the stairs after the daily temperature was above 50 degrees. Mid to late April. It is now June 27th and several calls to the contractor have not been returned. Given the amount of time that has passed I am concerned about the quality and appearance of any repairs this contractor may make should he honor his warranty. We were disappointed. When we had used this contractor previously and the workmanship was good and the driveway has held up well.

The comments in this post are lies. Both sets of steps were done properly. The front steps were capped yes but were all raised and 4 inches of concrete was put over each old step. There was a 5 inch step from top of porch down to first step now the new step is even with the top of porch. So the 1 inch cap is a lie. I showed up when I said I would and finished when I said I would. When I did there driveway I told Member not to put any acids or salts or de iceing agents on the concrete for 2 years. Even though the non salt agents say safe for concrete there not safe for green concrete only cured concrete. They called me about the spalding of the porch and I showed up to look at them the next day not a few day later. When I saw the porch you could tell de iceing agents were used and when they told me that they used it even after I told him when I did the driveway not to. They argued that it was my fault and not the de iceing agent. I have repaired several driveway where people have used the same product. There wasn't any fault on the part.of my company and when I told them that Member became really rude and was yelling that I did a pour job. And also was yelling at me for doing the front steps exactly like Member told me too. When he agreed that's what he told me to do she said he was stupid. I would of been happy to repair the steps until she.was so rude and I was gonna over look that until they put this post of lies on here. I've been in business 13 years and this is the only negative post on my company and I've been doing concrete for 25 years. They put deiceing agent on the steps and that caused the spalding and they just want to place the blame on my company. I fix all repairs that are my fault for free and even when cracks happen which I have no control over. But they used a product they.shouldn't have and want it fixed for free. And Im not repairing for free. I can give many numbers out from homeowners that loved my work and professionalism. They should be a little nicer to there contractors instead of treating them like they are beneath them.
