Horrible Experience. I purchased a brand new house and had an AC issue 6 months after we moved in....it had a leak and needed a recharge. We called this company to come and fix it and they did. 3 months later we had another issue with the AC Unit and they "fixed" the balancing of the unit. One year later, leaking AC unit once again. Keep in mind, when they fixed the leak the first time, they said it will not happen again and if so, we will cover it. I called and they said they didn't have any "notes" about coming out here and refused to pay it. Fast forward again to 3 days ago. My AC unit stops blowing out cool air once again. Found out it is the same leak they "fixed" before. I called the woman and once again, there is "no record" of them coming out. How convenient is that? They don't have any record of mistakes they made, but have records of the balancing they did (as it was supposedly done right the first time). She refused to send anyone out even after I explained the situation. Is this how you treat your customers? Is this how you own up to your own mistakes? Is this how you treat the military? Is this how your treat someone that has four kids and now has no AC in the middle of the summer. I hope other people read this and your company gets shut down as this is UNSAT!
