It worked out well for me. I had to call him again when he opened the system back in the spring for a couple of sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced. I had to call him back twice to redo some of the work because he did not do the work well. He charged me $25 for a sprinkler head which I could buy at Lowe's at $10. I feel like I overpaid a little bit. He had his labor cost in there too. He did itemize his sprinkler heads. I had asked him to install a rain center also. The original timer for the rain center was not compatible with the rain center he installed. He put in new timer for me and did not charge me for a $100 timer. I guess it a kind of balances out. There were a couple of sprinkler heads after he finished which I took care of it myself and fixed it. He was very responsive, punctual, and professional. He is an elderly guy and often forgets. He would not use him probably in the future.

I am completely satisfied with his work, I intend to contact him again in the fall for the closing of the system. He is a very professional and friendly gentleman. I can recommend him without reservation. Jaime Posada.

He came on time for our first appointment and listened to what we wanted out of the system. He provided an estimated cost and start date. Both were met. Sam was very professional and courteous and delivered exactly what we requested. During our final watering, we noticed that some of the sprinklers were not reaching desired areas. On short notice he came out on 18 Dec to adjust some of the sprinkler heads -- one was just clogged and he cleaned it out, two others just needed their rotations adjusted. He also shut down the system for the winter. He did not charge me for the visit. What a guy!! I will definitely call him for any other irrigation needs.

Howard came over and we first looked at the system and he indicated that since it was under the house winterization is very simple. he showed me how to do the process for next time. He then replaced the sprinkler heads that I was aware were defective. We then walked around the yard and tested all of the heads to make sure they were working properly and he adjusted them as needed. He showed me how the heads go together and how to install them.
