He is expensive but he does do a good job. He does what he says he is going to do. The carpet always looks good. I cannot complain about the results.

It went extremely well. We have many dogs and every last trace of them was gone after Bobby cleaned our carpets. Fantastic job and we will definitely use him again. He also used a minty deoderizer and scotch guarded it, so that added to the expense of the cleaning. We had been pondering replacing the carpet for a whopping $6,000 so we saved a lot of money by getting it professional deep-cleaned (not surface cleaned, like the $99.00 deals). Definitely worth every single penney!

The quality of work was not what I was hoping for and I thought that they were overpriced. The people who came out were professional and pleasant.

The owner of the business cleaned our carpet. I don't know if he is also the only "employee". He arrived on time, looked over the areas I had requested to be cleaned and confirmed the estimate he had quoted over the phone. He charges quite a bit more that I usually pay for carpet cleaning, but we were hosting a special occasion and I wanted our 18 year old carpets to look their best. He had said before beginning that the results would be "new looking" and I will say that I was a bit skeptical. When he finished, a few hours later, I was amazed! I have never seen my carpets look so good after cleaning! The attention to every spot, nook, and cranny was wonderful. He obviously takes great pride in a job well done. I would highly recommend this company if you want an excellent result. I could not afford to use them every 6 months but for a special occasion it was definitely worth the price.

My former tenants greatly soiled the carpeting in my condo; they attempted to have the carpets cleaned two times by another carpet cleaning service. The result was unsatisfactory! The carpet had an unpleasant odor, it was still soiled in high traffic areas, and had a soapy residue. I decided to give Bobby a try before purchasing new carpet. His prices were higher but the outcome was worth every penny. He spent about two hours cleaning over 500 square feet of carpeting, when the competition only spent 30 minutes doing the very same job. My carpeting now smells terrific and looks great!

I like that the price they quoted was the price they charged. They are very nice and kind. I got a quote months ago and they called to stay on my radar but they didn?t call so many times that I didn?t want to use them. I like that it is a smaller company rather than a big corporation. They use a tool that is a scrubbing brush than a suction hose and it did a great job. They will call me in about six months so we can schedule the next cleaning. I really like that they brought me some home baked cookies; that was a nice bonus!

On initial appointment to assess the job Bobby was very professional and told a good story. I thought his price was high and told him so. He gave some good reasons and promise satisfaction, so I decided to give him a try. He was on time for the appointment and completed the work requested. When I came home and inspected the job I was totally shocked. Now I must say that the carpet cleaning was good, but don't let this guy near your hardwood floors. He was suppose to clean and polish my kitchen, dining area and laundry room floors. When I got home and looked at the floor it looked as though someone had mopped them with a dirty mop and there were foot prints and areas that were completely missed. I called him and he said to let it dry long and it will look fine. Well two additional days of drying made no difference, not to mention having my house in disarray. I called Bobby and schedule a return visit. He walked in and said, yep that is not right and I'll come back out and fix it. We schedule a day for him to come back out to fix it. This time he got the kitchen and the dining area right but the laundry room looked like it had not been touched. By this time I was completely irritated at the whole situation. I called Bobby and ask why he did not compete the laundry room and he said he thought he had. I cooled off for a couple of days and call him back to come out for the third time and fix the laundry room floor. He came back and apologize and in a few short minutes reported to me that he was done. He had spread some liquid on the floor. I look at it and commented that it had a lot of bubbles in it and he said that was normal. So I assumed he was finally through with the project. Early on I had paid him for the carpet cleaning, but I with held the payment for the hardwood floor cleaning and polishing. When I question Bobby about his satisfaction policy "We guarantee that you'll get the best bleaning experience ever, or it's FREE. Period!", he gave me a song and dance that he wished every job would end up perfect and all he wants is happy customers. I told him that I was not a happy customer and did not feel that since it took three trip to get the job done, that I thought I deserved some kind of a discount for my personal inconvenience. He got really irritated and said just pay me what you think. I paid him what I thought was more than sufficient to cover his materials and wrote him a check. He took the check, and just walked out. I asked for a receipt and he kept walking and slammed the door. I waited a couple days for the laundry room floor to dry and it still looks horrible. The carpet cleaning was good, but the service delivery and professional attitude are extremely lacking. Had he said Mr. Customer, I apologize for this job not working out the way I had planned and for your inconvenience I am going to deduct $100.00 from you bill, I probably would have been a little more understanding, but when you just say pay me what you think, grab the check and slam the door on the way out, that is just too much. So much for the guarantee.

I had used this company before several years ago and had a fine experience. We were moving this past spring and needed the carpets cleaned again. When I called to obtain a quote for the same area plus two extra rooms I was told that it would be slightly more than the first visit ($250) but not to worry. When the owner of the company arrived he changed the quote drastically; it would now cost us over $600!! That s not slightly more than $250.00. I should have been suspicious when they wouldn t provide a written estimate but the first experience went so well that I wasn't worried. Either this company believes in drawing in customers the first time to then charge outlandish prices on further visits or they noticed that we were moving that day and that we had no alternative so they could charge us anything. It should be noted that they are not a member of Better Business Bureau though they are a member of Ethical Services.

My husband and I just purchased our first home together, it was a foreclosure and not in very good shape. We had considered purchasing new carpets. I had seen an advertisement from the company and decided to try them out and see what the end result was. I was floored with how incredible my carpets looked!!! They looked brand new, when before they looked HOPELESS!!! I would recommend their service to anyone who may ask. I had a great experience and I know who to call if I ever need my carpets cleaned again.

They did a nice job of going over our high traffic areas and also worked well on my stains. I have been using them for a few years now and I really like that I can trust them in my home. They worked very hard on my carpets and our carpet dried quickly. I know when I call them I will get the results that I am wanting.

I was pretty happy with the job. They were able to get the chair very clean. I thought their price may have been a little expensive, but it was worth it in the long run. The reason I gave this company B s, was that I personally thought that every company could improve.

This company did a very thorough job cleaning the carpets. He did a deep cleaning and moved things out of the way to clean. The man was always friendly and courteous. I was very satisfied with their work.

They did a very good job in cleaning all this carpet. The men showed up on time and they didn t mess up any of the other rooms. I was really satisfied with this company and all of the people that I dealt with from this company. Everyone was very courteous and very respectful to me.
