My husband found a leak in our crawl space so I called a friend who is a tradesman who referred me to his friend who was too busy to come out. He referred me to Guardian. They were hesitant to even come in the first place and then when they got here (even though they knew what was going on), they refused to go into the crawl space because it was wet. It was NOT sewage, just a gray drainage line, and yet they wouldn't even look at it! Not to mention, they said they'd come back the following Thursday (a week later - mind you, I have plumbing leaking into my crawl space this whole time) and they never even called me back. In addition, these guys were very rude to me acting like I had put them out for having to look at my leak. We called Elite Plumbing and he was great. I recommend calling someone other than Guardian.
Description of Work: I was supposed to have them repair a drainage (not sewage) leak in our crawl space.
