+ -1 moreWell it didn't go well because nothing was fixed and anything that had to be fixing his property even before that wasn't even made by myself or the tenants that live with me in this property we had to fix it ourselves and the Realtors pretty much throw you to the wolves so please do not rent from this company
Description of Work: Unfortunately I recently rented a duplex property from this particular company who neglected to tell me of so many things that needed to be fixed on this property and best believe there were a lot for example when we moved in they explained to us there was no mold no LED in the house upon arrival noticed in the kitchen under the sink nothing but mold not to also mention that when we first moved here we started discovering holes all around the property which led to numerous field mice coming and entering the home as well as snakes as well as roaches since the first day we moved here we have expressed our concerns as to which we had to fix ourselves they have never gotten to fixing any of the issues that we've expressed so when it comes to fixing things you're pretty much fend for yourself with this company and their first response to you when you expressed these concerns of issues that were already there before you moved in that basically you need to fix them yourselves it's not our problem we don't own the property we just rent it
