They were great. Easy to work with, knowledgable, prices were very competitive and they worked w/ us to further reduce the prices because of the size of our job.

The sales staff was very helpful, but not every member of the sales force will be able to explain and sell every product. For instance, the sixty light ribbon light required at least five visits to the store before I was able to fully understand how to install and finally obtain the product. This occurred because only one salesman had the expertise. I was determined to buy the product, and developed a good working relationship with "John." Once I had finally ordered the ribbon light system, it took over six weeks for all of the parts to arrive. To their credit, this company does a much better job than the "big box" hardware stores when it comes to high end lighting. On the down side, they are unwilling to assist with obtaining parts for low end lighting products even though they are supposed to be the point of sale for many lighting items found on the Internet.
