pool cleaners
+ -1 moreStill waiting.......As you can see from my photos - this is a bad situation just getting worse.
Description of Work: I have two areas in the deep end of the pool that have collapsed and need to be repaired and an issue with the liner. I have been trying to get service on my pool for over a year because Freestyle Pools are the ones that did the original work in 2015. He does not answer my phone calls unless I call from a number that he does not recognize. After several text messages sent to Steve Winfree of Freestyle Pools for over a year he finally came to our house on the 24th of June 2017. After we drained the pool and he advised me that I would be better off putting a new liner in and that he would contact the liner company first thing Monday (June 26) morning and get back to me with a price and time frame when this new liner could be installed and the other work done at the same time. As of today July 9, 2017 I have not heard from him regarding my pool as it sits empty and becoming more damaged. I have emailed him and sent more messages and receive no response.
