+ -1 moreWe had spotted a mouse in the kitchen and chose this pest control/exterminator for their guarantee to arrive within 4 hours if contacted by 2pm as well as a $30 coupon on their website. The technician inspected our home and checked for the mouse and signs of mouse activity. He asked us questions about our pest concerns, and gave us a free estimate for continuous pest service if we wanted it. After talking over what we'd like, he laid the the mouse trap with peanut butter to entice the mouse and came back a few days later to treat our house and property for insects and rodents. The peanut butter had been eaten, so he proceeded to set the trap. The mouse was caught two days later, and the technician returned to dispose of the dead rodent. The professionalism presented was far beyond anything I was expecting. I didn't feel pressured in the slightest to use their service. I felt the cost was reasonable, and was happy to give my family the peace of mind knowing that we will have continuous service. Their promptness is amazing, and the staff are very communicative.
Description of Work: They set a mouse trap, cleaned my exterior walls, sprayed around the house, placed anti-pest pellets on my lawn and entire back yard, treated underneath the cabinets, appliances and sink, and set up a rat poison box in my back yard.
