FLAWLESS CARPET CLEANING

Horrible...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called the company the same day I bought this Groupon to schedule an appointment, but they never told me that I was outside their 30 mile limit, until the day I was scheduled for service. They also failed to call me the day of (technician said he was given wrong number) and my appointment time between 2-4pm was not met. After a dozen or so calls to the office (starting at 3pm), the receptionist finally called me back at 6pm! At first, she said she didn't know why the technician couldn't come to my address (technician would if I wanted to pay full price, plus a fee!) because they come to my neighborhood all the time. Then when she did a Google Map search she said it was 36 miles away!?! Obviously they don't come to my neighborhood "all the time" under this Groupon deal! And finally, there was no attempt to TRY to retain my business by way of waiving the mileage restriction, or offering some other type of deal. Anyway, I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone!

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! SERVICES WERE NOT PROVIDED!!!!

He was on time, courteous and it only took about 2+ hours. After he said he would honor the groupon price if we repeat customers which we appreciated. We had done a treatment for stain blocking before with another company it worked amazingly but the Scotch Guard he sprayed the quality wasn't there. Normally liquids just pool and bead off, not absorbing at all when done right but immediately we noticed that wasn't the cause with this time. We will be going back to the other company for the scotch guard treatment. The price was comparable too.

Jonathan arrived on time and was very courteous. I showed him the rooms, he adjusted the price accordingly and began. Took him less than an hour. As he was leaving he told me it would take approx 4 hours for the carpets to dry. Once he left I peeked into the rooms to inspect. There is a HORRIBLE smell! My carpets are fairly new and in mint condition....well they were. He used dirty water to clean the carpets! I called and texted his phone. No reply. I will not use this company again.
