+ -1 moreSandy Lotz was our realtor. She was amazing. She does a lot of work with military families and she helped us find a house in 3 days. We were on a tight time table. The house was right on our price point and had everything that we were asking for. We had less than a week to find a house and make an offer. They are very familiar with the military programs.

Description of Work: My husband and I were looking for a house and we used an ERA Sales Agent to help us. That was a very bad decision on our part. The home buying experience is stressful enough without having an over extended, highly emotional person with a very compromised moral compass. Towards the end her true colors came out and it was very apparent that she only cared about closing a deal. She even threatened to sue us if we didn't go to closing.
