They did a really special service, because no one else in the area would do it. I have a 3 story, 200 year old house, so it required a lot of inspection to perform the job. I liked the fact that the pricing was good, too! If you need a specialty service or normal extermination I recommend them.

With regard to the termite inspection and treatment, Dobson did an outstanding job. The work was as discussed, completed on time, and with a professional clean and courteous team of workers. The moisture control part left a lot to be desired. The first part of the work was completed the same day as the termite work, but some vents for the crawl space were not available, and the work was not finished. Also, some of the insulation in the crawl space wasn't properly replaced. Then, Dobson forgot about us. It took two calls to get them to reschedule, three visits to actually install the vents, and two more visits to do some cosmetic spackling around the vents that were installed. In the end, it is a professional looking job, just not easy to get done.

They have only been needed on an annual basis, up to this point. They do an extremely thorough job. We receive a call to let us know it is time for the annual check and application. They have yet to be late and we have not had any serious infestation. They have been doing this for over ten years, so apparently they know what they are doing.
