The technician did an outstanding job. They called prior to arrival and were very professional.

They and quot;discovered and quot; several tanks which our previous septic maintenance firm had failed to learn about and thus failed to empty over 25 years. They also showed us where and why one of the pumping stations was pumping solids into two of our drainfields, the likely cause of our issues. Equipped with what they did, we are now able to proceed to work with the County to resolve the issue at the lowest cost.

Yesterday afternoon I heard some gurgling coming from my empty bathtub and immediately called C S Hines. They were able to come out within a few hours to empty the tank. I am so glad that they were able to come quickly, because we could not use a toilet, shower or sink in the house. The tank was full and they emptied it quickly and efficiently. I want to thank them for doing an excellent job.

Another plumbing company had cut our sewer line and was recommending we hook up to city sewer which would have cost THOUSANDS of dollars. this company pumped out septic tank, found where sewer line was cut and told us there was nothing wrong with our septic system. I would highly recommend.

They came out and then told me I do not have a septic tank. They then charged me 125.00 service charge for coming out and telling me this. When I told them I was not told there was a service fee, they got rude and threatening saying I had to pay the fee. I went ahead and did that as I was concerned but then contacted the office about it. They said they didn't have to tell me there was a service charge up front. Mr Hines himself told me if I didn't pay it he would contact my husband's chain of command as he was serving in the military. I told him I wanted to come up there and file a complaint. He said if I came over he would meet me with a 35 on his waist, a shotgun in his office and he had other guns in his truck. I learned later from another septic tank company and from another plumber that nobody in this area has septic tanks and that CS Hines knew that. I just want my money back and would warn anyone from using them.

They did a fine job pumping our septic pump. We were satisfied with how quickly they finished the job. They showed up when they told us they would. We felt everything was done, as it should have been. They were very professionally dressed and went right to work. They did the job with no hassle at all.

They really kept it simple for us and other than having to close the windows when they were out I liked their service. They were on time as they should be and they didn't damage anything while doing the pumping. They also have a nice group of people worki
