CP Lawncare has given our lawn so much life. Not only was Corey prompt and courteous, but he was very knowlegeable about what it takes to make a lawn healthy. I would highly recommend him.

Corey I began using Corey last fall for lawn care. He appeared to be a decent person and I decided to give him a chance with him starting a new business. Every customer don’t care how the yard looks and just want the grass cut. During my initial meeting with Corey I explained in detail what I expected as far as lawn care. Subsequently, he provided a verbal quote. Prior to the last couple of months, I was OK with his work, but nothing to shout about. I assume his business picked up and he hired a young guy to help. Everything has gone downhill since he hired a helper. I have reminded him repeatedly this spring about how I wanted my lawn, which I provided these details when I met him as well. I received a quote for Corey to put new mulch in my yard. I specifically told him when he quoted I wanted mulch for 2 areas in the front yard and 2 area in the back yard. Also, I ask that he make trenches for the 2 areas in the front. He made the trenches in the front and then filled it in with mulch. In addition, he put all the mulch in the front and none in the back yard. At this point, I’m already not happy with what’s going on and frustrated that I have to repeatedly give the same instructions. I don’t think what I ask for is out of the ordinary. Cut my grass on #3, trim, remove weeds, and blow. About 4 weeks ago, my grass was cut very low not on #3 causing the grass to turn brown. The next week, the grass was cut on #4 and looked like it hadn’t been cut. The next 2 weeks the grass was cut on #3 but weeds were not removed. I put grass seeds and fertilizer down earlier this spring. 3 weeks ago my yard looked like a golf course. Week before last, he cut the yard without either mulching or a bag and left large clumps of grass all over my yard which began destroying my gorgeous lawn. He said he tried to blow the grass. Last week, he cut my grass on #1 which completed destroyed the yard and the lawn mower is still not mulching and leaving grass on the lawn to kill it. My yard looks terrible. In addition, his equipment is not maintained and blades sharpened. All I ask him was for him to refund my money for my grass seeds ($70) so I can put more down. Corey agreed to refund my money, however his wife overturned his decided stated they should not have to refund my money for the grass seeds since they didn’t put them down. Corey can’t be trusted to keep his word or provide basic lawn care.
