It went excellent. They gave me a good brand and the brand I wanted. They gave me a good and honest price. Everyone was quoting me for over $1,000 and he quoted me for $650. He showed up right on time. I would highly recommend him.

Horrible experience. They had to order the pump and they took my $1200 for the part up front and it took months for them get the part. I would call and be told they would call back that day and never receive a return call. I had to essentially hound them to do the work. They would say they were going to show up to do the work and not show. Eventually the work was done after months of unreturned phone calls. I will never never ever deal with them again.

Early in the week I was having some small electrical issues in my home such as the breakers constantly being thrown, light switches that did not work and fixtures that were constantly blowing bulbs. So I called the company and a guy answered. I explained to him all that was going on with the house and asked when he would be able to come out. He said that he would be able to come Thursday of the same week at 2:00, and that he would call back to the office to confirm the appointment. I thank him, hang up the phone and go about my week. Thursday rolls around and no one shows up; I didn't even get a phone call. So Friday morning I call the company again explaining the situation about the Thursday appointment and the guy says that he will check into it and call me back. I get a call back and he says that my appointment was mis-booked for next Tuesday at 2:00. I tell him, ok that's fine, things happen I'll see them Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and by 2:15 no one has showed up or called me. At around 2:30 or 2:45-ish I call the company myself and tell them the situation about having an appointment with the company and no one has shown up and no one has called. The guy on the other line says to me something to he effect of, well who was the appointment with? I told him I didn't know, that I had just scheduled the company in general, what should it matter? He said that he would check into it and get back to me. Well after about 3:30 or so I still had not received a phone call, and when I tried to call the guy back multiple times no one would pick up the phone. If you need emergency service, especially,don't call this company. If you would just like someone to do some minor repairs don't call them either. That is, if you actually would like to have a professional that can keep his appointments straight and actually show up. This was just a terrible company to deal with.
