Great and professional

I was very pleased with Comfort Magic. They were polity, professional and informative. I am extremely please with my new tankless water heater. I will be using Comfort Magic again in the future and feel very comfortable recommending them to others.

When my A/C stopped working over the Memorial Day weekend, I tried to make arrangements with several big named A/C heating and service companies to make a house call, only to listen to their excuses on why they could not make a house call that weekend. Out of frustration, I decided to call a local company. Good decision. Although the company was very busy that day, the local technician DID NOT list a bunch of excuses on why he could not service my A/C that day. The technician examined the complete system and discovered the issue. He made the appropriate calls, ordered the part - the part was still under warranty, and the technician DID NOT try to scam me into additional parts and services I did not need - and made arrangements to install the new part. The communications between the technician and me was outstanding, he called every step of the way and informed me of price and the order status of the part and promptly scheduled a time to install the parts. Very glad I went with a local company and supported the local economy.

Quickly scheduled a service call for us as a new customer. Showed up on time and did a very thorough job. Explained all the "goods and bads" of our present system. Discussed options for future improvements. Costs were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

ANTHONY is awesome! I have been blessed for years with his HVAC expertise and I recently had to bite the bullet and get a complete new system for my primary residence (he has also been servicing my rental property for about 5 years). Anthony is a true professional and I have never met anyone (and I have dealt with several HVAC professionals) with his knowledge, understanding and willingness to share his expertise on his profession. I have had several HVAC issues between my two homes over the years and Anthony has always been able to diagnose and fix ANY problem the first time. We have used Anthony for several years now and he does a grew job, he's very knowledgable and professional. It's hard to find an HVAC repairman or installer who understands Geo Thermal but Anthony has a terrific knowledge base of the system. He has replaced a system of ours and does a fantastic job.
