+ -1 moreJacob was pleasant, effective and worked steadily for the entire day.
Description of Work: Jacob arrived when he said he would. He explained that the chemicals they used were environmentally safe and guaranteed to eliminate 100% of fungus and algae from shingles preventing roof decay and destruction. He uses a low pressure system. He also cleaned our wooden fence. Both the fence and roof of our 3000 sq. foot home looked great when he finished.

+ -1 moreVery well. Very consciencous; took great care to cover all areas thoroughly, and our roofline has several significant peaks. The result is fabulous.
Description of Work: The roof was sprayed down with a cleaning/bleaching/non-toxic solution first, then a mold/mildew inhibitor was applied. This fellow also power washed all of our wood trim and soffits for a reasonable price of $100.
