 + -1 moreMade appointment for the measurement and estimate, Jim and Cathy showed up on time, were very nice, professional and helpful. They helped us decide on the type, they sell everything laminate, solid service and granite. They were cheaper than Lowes for the exact same setup. We communicated via email a few times and they responded quickly. On installation day, they arrived on time, the installer was their son, he was very good and professional. He even helped me remove a tile that I had damaged removing my old counter top, since it would be easier than replacing it after the back splash was installed. My wife and I are very happy with the counter top, their service and price.
Description of Work: Had them install a solid service counter top.

custom cabinets
 + -1 moreIt was a small job. Their responsiveness was a little edgy. We had a little back and forth there on the installation. They were professional and did a nice job, though. They handled the problem well. Their price was excellent.
Description of Work: I used Classic Creations Of Tidewater Inc. to match some cabinet doors.

custom cabinets
 + -1 moreThe overall experience was very pleasant. After having additional renovations just completed, we were exhausted and not sure what to expect. Jim is thorough in his assessment of the project. He clearly outlined what he recommended. He and Cathy were punctual and actually completed the project one day ahead of schedule. They cleaned up and even did additional touch ups without charging. They are very personable people and pleasant to work with. All this plus an excellent price.
Description of Work: Jim and Cathy designed new kitchen cabinets for the top cabinets and they added new matching cabinet doors for the bottom cabinets. We had a general idea of what we wanted and had tried one other company before finding them. We met them when they completed our counter tops for a built in bookcase. Jim to a look at the previous work and diplomatically indicated that he could do a lot better. He and Cathy more than met our expectations. The crown molding and unique touches resulted in a high end custom look for a very reasonable price.
