Chimney USA was extremely responsive and helpful. Very professional. They did a wonderful job rebuilding our chimney, it looks better than the old one. They took care in matching the existing brick that is no longer in production. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. Matt came out, performed an inspection. He showed me pictures of the damage to my chase before he left. He emailed me a quote that afternoon. I was so pleased with the price that I added a chimney cleaning to the job. William came out this morning. He was punctual and very courteous. He did an excellent job. He replaced the chase cover and painted the cap. I'm very pleased and would definitely hire them again.

It went great. Matt, gave us three different options at different price ranges. We were able to select the best option for our needs. The chimney cap looks great. He showed us before and after pictures. He was right on time and very professional. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I was not able to use my chimney prior to the repairs. This was a great company to work with. They showed up when they said they would. Work was completed in one day. Also, reasonably priced for the amount of work I needed completed. I would definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Our experience with Chimney USA was seamless and very positive. The owner, Matthew, was responsive to our inquiry, professional, and prompt. He assessed the chimney for needed repairs, showed photo documentation, and provided an itemized and detailed quote outlining the repairs required for safety and the optional repairs for energy conservation and aesthetics. Matthew's technician, Will, completed the repairs. Will was courteous, professional and demonstrated great technical skill (beautiful mortaring!!). Both Matthew and Will were generous with their time and patiently answered all our questions, and it is apparent that their working system is organized and streamlined. They make an excellent team, and we have been enjoying the fireplace since they completed the work.

All went well. Matt took pictures of the areas that needed repair, so it was pretty clear what needed to be done. Will, who is a brick mason, braved a very cold and brisk wind to make the repairs, as well as install the new stainless steel chimney cap. We're very pleased with the finished product. Job well done!

Couldn't have gone better! Matt had a cancellation and was able to visit earlier than scheduled. After the chimney inspection he provided pictures and explanation for the items he found. I elected to do the work he suggested. Even though the dryer vent was difficult to access he was still able to reach and clean it out. He also found an issue with my dryer power cable that has since prompted me to replace it. Sorry Matt for turning on the dryer when you were behind it (it blew lint dust into his face/hair!). I have nothing but high regards for the professionalism and personal service provided. Chimney USA will be my go to for all things chimney and dryer vent for now on,

Matt was amazing! We called him three days before Christmas and he was there the very next day. He even called to ask he he could come earlier which was great! Cleaned and inspected our fireplace and chimney, and even gave recommendations for what to watch for in the future without trying to upsell us for things we didn't need yet. Thanks Matt!

Excellent!!! Matt was prompt in returning my call. He came out to inspect and was ready to do the repair but due to the weather, he offered to come back the very next day to do the job rather than taking the chance with rain ruining the crown coating. I wasn't home that day but he is very good at communicating, calls to let you know that he is on the way and when he is done with the job, sends you emails with photos of before and after. He is thorough, customer service oriented, prompt and honest. He is a man of his words and just a nice guy!!

It was easy to make an appointment. Matt was prompt, professional and easy to work with. I had planned to replace the chimney cap, but Matt examined the existing cap and determined that no replacement was needed. I knew that exterior masonry work would be necessary. Matt took photos and explained what needed to be done. He scheduled this follow up work for the next day. Though I was not able to be home during the service call, all exterior work was completed satisfactorily and on time. I was able to take care of the bill by phone.

Everything went well from start to finish. The crown looks new. There are no more gaps/holes in the mortar between bricks. We are glad that we had the work done and we would highly recommend Chimney USA.

I have never had my chimney serviced before, so I checked Angie's list and saw great reviews for Chimney USA. I could not be more pleased with their responsiveness and customer service. I called Chimney USA and left a message. In a matter of minutes, Matt called me back. He listened to my concerns and was at my house the very next day. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also called me to let me know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. Matt was very professional. He inspected my chimney inside and out. When he was done, he showed me pictures of the various areas that needed attention and explained to me which repairs were the most important. He was so knowledgeable, and I immediately knew I could fully trust his assessment. Exactly one week later, my repairs were completely done. The repairs were completed by Will who is one of Matt's employees. He too was very professional and had excellent customer service skills. He called me 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. When he completed his work, he showed me pictures of the repairs. William did a great job. He arrived on time and did a nice clean job. When he worked inside the house he was careful to make sure nithing got on our rugs. Exterios work looks great!

With all of the rain we have had in recent months, my fireplace, chimney and vent chimney to my boiler had developed some pretty severe leaks that seemed to be getting worse with each rain. I called Matt to do an inspection since we were expecting a hurricane. We set an appointment, but when it was clear we would most likely begin to feel the storm on the day set, Matt called me and came out two days earlier than the appointment. He tried to make a couple of quick fixes to help me get through the storm. Today Will came to do the actual repairs. He was very thorough. He took care of the cracked mortar in the bricks as well as the cracked crowns and water sealed the brick. I hope this all does the trick. Matt and Will were punctual, polite and professional.

After years of struggling with the lack of professionalism of our local firefighters who claim to be the best at chimney cleaning, I decided to forego the headache and call Matt for a change. He answered the phone immediately and was very cordial and professional. He found that some serious work needed doing for the safety of our home. Matt and Chimney USA are the best....extremely informational/educational regarding chimneys and chimney maintenance. I haven't had a chimney in years and this appointment was super valuable. All services offered were prioritized and he was honest about what was important and what could wait. Could not be happier. Also the costs of the recommended services seemed fair and affordable. Inspection was professional. A mason conducted repairs several days later to repair cement loose/cracked joints, chimney cap and caulk flashing.flashing. Applied water repellant to chimney. Work was professional.

Matt came over to clean and inspect both chimneys. He was efficient, professional and polite. The only thing left when Matt was gone were clean chimneys (i.e., no mess.) He found several problems that were not surprises, such as the cracked mortar crowns on both chimneys and the lack of chimney caps on either chimney. So, we had Chimney USA do the work to repair / upgrade both chimneys. Will came over two days later a performed the work. He too was efficient, polite, professional and tidy. We got two new chimney caps and new mortar crowns, plus we got a new flue damper installed. All of the work went great and the timing of their work was swift.

Matt performed the job just as he stated. He was very professional and proficient with the installation. During the storm our chimney cap was blown off. He inspected the chimney and stated that the chase cap also needed replaced. He replaced the chase cap with a galvanized cap and painted it as well. He replaced the chimney cap with a stainless steel. We were very pleased with the job that was done.
