Matt and Brett are amazing to work with. They definitely know their stuff. I had some items that needed to be repaired for a home sale per the home inspection. I really appreciated that everything was explained to me, including pictures of all affected areas. Other companies just wanted to replace the whole fireplace which would have cost 6,000 dollars. Matt came up with a plan of what needed to be replaced and what could be repaired or resurfaced. Brett did the dryer vent cleaning and I went from taking 2 hours to dry clothes to 30 minutes. Amazing customer service. Extremely prompt too with appointments and responding to messages. I have already hired them again for my new house.

Terrific service. 2 men, one hour. One cleaned and the other inspected. Had very good suggestions for water proofing old chimney.

Everything went very well and the odor coming from the fireplace that prompted the call dissipated and did not return. The fire place has been in use all winter and there have been no issues. I would definitely use Chimney USA again and will recommend to neighbors and friends.

I received fantastic, honest service. Matt and his partner were polite, punctual, helpful and honest. At one house, we were locked out. They waited patiently while I sorted through how to gain access to the house. In fact, they helped me do it. In the second house, the chimney was sealed off and there was no need for it even to be checked. This was explained and no charge was made. Never once did Matt show any annoyance with the extra obstacles we encountered along the way. Great service -- I highly recommend it.

Matt was excellent. On time. Great communication. Courteous. He was very thorough during the inspection and cleaning. He took time to explain what he found, and suggested some preventative maintenance to keep the chimney healthy. He did a great job educating me. While he was on the roof, he noticed the top of a attic ventilation fan turbine was missing, creating a 12 inch hole for rain to enter. In addition to notifying me, he took the extra effort to cover the hole to temporarily prevent the elements from damaging my attic. Overall, I would definitely hire again and suggest other do so as well.

I have searched for a few years for a good chimney cleaner. And I have been through quite a few. I found Matt on Angie's list and am quite sure I have found the right one. Matt is a very caring and conscientious about his work and business. If problems arise he will make sure you are satisfied. Hard to find in a business today.

We were very pleased with Chimney USA, from our initial conversation via phone until the job was completed. Chimney USA was one of the most professional service companies we have dealt with in this area. Our inquiries were returned promptly, we received an email reminder prior to the appointment date, as well as a courtesy call prior to arriving to advise the technician was on his way. The technician was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home (although we did not ask, he voluntarily removed his shoes before entering the house). He took several pictures to us, and explained chimney damage that needs to be repaired in the near future.

Each person preformed their task professionally. They are a very personable team. Our insert had to be taken out though the outside brick. The insert was replaced as well as the brick. The work site was always left neat and clean. We will continue to call Chimney USA when the need arises.
