I cannot say enough about Chimney USA's work and professionalism. This was a complex job, and right from the beginning, Matt and his crew were responsive, prompt and professional. Because of the sensitivity of this work (house is on the historic register and there were many structural issues to consider) Matt brought in another expert, at his own time and expense, to look at the scope of work. He made himself available for consultation with our structural engineer and architect, and scheduled the work promptly one we'd approved the plans. His crew was polite, VERY competent, and clean. I've never had such a lack of mess on a job involving our fireplaces before. Really, really recommend Chimney USA.

Chimney USA came out to the house and did a through inspection, provided pictures to document the inspection along with the findings. Although Mike indicated that the chimney cap was rusted, but didn't have any apparent leaks, the decision was made to go ahead and replace it. The company provided not only highly professional service, but pictures of the final product and was FAST! The company showed up when scheduled, on time , which for me is a big A PLUS! From the inspection to install was less than a week, including ordering the cap. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking chimney work.

Matt did an awesome job with repairs to my chimney. I called several company for an estimate and his price was the best deal of them all. He offered to inspect, clean and replace my chase cover with a low flat price. He made the chase cover with the specs that I wanted and it looks great. He also made minor repairs with no extra charges. He explained everything in detailed and answered every questions I asked him. Would recommend him to all my freinds and anyone who needs chemney repair.
