C & M Floor Covering

They were fantastic! Would definitely use them again!

I initially contacted Cindy and Maurice (C & M) to install carpet we planned on purchasing from The Dump, but due to timing conflicts with that store, I decided not to go ahead with the purchase. Cindy offered to bring over samples of carpet that same day, which she did, and I ended up buying the carpet from her instead. They came back the next day and installed it. The quality is great, they were very punctual and professional, not to mention very nice people!! I had a crib in the room, and they offered to install around it. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service and definitely plan to use them again!

I had a carpet remnant I wanted installed in one of our upstairs bedrooms. It was up in the attic, balanced across the rafters. I was 8 months pregnant and couldn't climb up there, so one of Cindy's team did. Turns out it wasn't large enough for the room, but Cindy had a remnant of some plush carpet she sold to me - with pad, installed - for around $250. They weren't on time, but did come on the day they said they would and were in and out in about an hour. The carpet looks great and my kids love playing on it!

I purchased the carpet from a different company. They fixed it up, brought it to my house and installed it for a reasonable price. They provided that service on the same day. They were running a little behind schedule but Cindy one of the owners of the company continued to call me and kept me updated on the schedule. She asked me if the time would be still all right for me. They were very customer service oriented. Once they got here they got to work right away. They were very fast and efficient. It took them around 30 minutes to remove and install the carpets. It was a very professional installation. They did a great job. It looks good. I would continue to recommend them to other people for both their customer service and their speed of service. I plan to use them again once I move into a new house. They charge a flat rate for installing the carpets. Its $140 for whatever they lay whether it?s for 5 rooms or 5 feet. They were a little late but it was out of their control too.
