Blackout Electric Inc.

My husband utilized this business for his new small business he has been working to get off the ground for 3 years. We hired blackout electric through my initial recommendation being that they were veteran owned and wanted to give support. No only did they leave huge holes in all of the walls of my husbands business without repair, they left all the trash they utilized in a huge pile on our brand new carpets, complete with have eaten food and drinks spilling out and dirty diapers with feces on our new carpets, forcing us to pay for new carpeting and hole repair, $2,500 outside of our initial budget. They are now attempting to destroy the reputation of my husbands new business before we have even begun, harassing and writing horrible things about my husband brand new business on social media because they refuse to be professional and mitigate these issues correctly. We have even contacted attorneys to help. I dont believe they do shoddy electrical instillation; they simply have extremely poor professionalism, lack of care and are very low quality. Will no longer recommend them to anyone.

The job went very well. They did the job exactly as we wanted and did it in the time we were quoted.
