When I first went into the Binswanger showroom, I asked if they carried different levels of mounting hardware so I could save money, and I was told that the only hardware Binswanger would install was heavy duty and high quality finishes, and showed me the catalog they buy from. That comment pretty well cemented my questions about quality. During initial install of one of the channels on the shower stoop, a tile cracked and had to be replaced. This was pointed out to me before anything else continued. The tile crack could have been caused by a defective tile, an air bubble in the thin set mortar, or excessive tightening of the hold down screw. I applaud the integrity of the installers, to not cover up anything to get the job done quickly. The tile was replaced the next day, and 2 days later the job was successfully completed. The channel 45? cuts fit absolutely perfect. The quality of caulk installation is the best I have ever seen. We absolutely love our shower. Great job! I sure enjoy dealing with professionals.
