Big Rob came out on a nonstandard schedule to accommodate MY schedule. He identified the issue and serviced my gas logs quickly. He described the problem in layman's terms and thoroughly. He left the fireplace cleaner than he found it and was a delight to have in my home. I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation.

Rob was here within 2 days of my request, he arrived on time and was very friendly. He cleaned and fixed the fireplace in less than hour and it works beautifully. The overall service was excellent, from the phone call to him leaving. I need to have my starter replaced in the spring and I will be calling him back.

Rob responded quickly to my call to set up an appointment and promptly showed up at the appointed time. He was careful with his tools and after explaining the problem to him, he checked everything out as the fireplace had not been serviced in a few years. He gave me pointers on how to burn the gas logs so as not to emit any odor. Since the service call, I have been using my gas fireplace quite frequently much to my wife's enjoyment. I was extremely pleased with the service visit and have recommended him to two of my neighbors..

I have been having my gas fireplace serviced by Rob for over 5 years now. He does a fantastic job. I got a referral from Taylor's at Hilltop about 6 years ago when my gas logs kept cutting off. They were in need of service. Rob came out promptly, did a complete cleaning, worked quickly, was thorough and cleaned up (it was like he was never there but my gas logs worked great!). I have since had him out about once a year to service my gas logs before the cold weather. He is very professional and personable. His fees are reasonable and I recommend him without any reservations!

Big Rob did an excellent job as always. He took the logs off, cleaned and inspected everything and reassembled. Performing this preventive maintenance gives me piece of mind for the coming winter season, and Big Rob has a great personality and is very professional.

BIG ROB LIT MY FIRE !! I made a phone call to explain our problem. We made an appointment and he showed up when he said he would, he even called first to give a 10 minute notice of his arrival. He took his shoes off even when I said he didn't have to. Before doing any work on our gas fireplace, he lays a big tarp down to protect the hearth and rug area. He pulled out the insides and made sure eveything was placed only on his tarp. Those tiny fake rocks make a mess but no worry he handles any issues with his small wet/dry vac. He checks every part to look for any issues and explains what he is doing to you. Once he finds the problem he explains in terms that you understand, what is wrong and how it will be fixed. He even made some adjustments and replaced a small part at no charge. The main part needed was the 'brain' of the fireplace and had to be ordered. Once he received it, he was back again to install and be sure it is working correctly. There was nothing for me to do except flick on the wall switch to light the fire. He cleaned up everything!

At first I thought the price might be a tad high, but honestly I had no basis for comparison. And besides I've always felt if you want quality work you should be willing to pay for it. Rob is a total professional and I highly recommend him

We spent about $100. It was great. He did a very good job. We have been using the fireplace ever since and it works great. He is a personable and punctual guy. He came out to do the service on a weekend to accommodate us. I am sure he always does, but he arranged a schedule after understanding our needs. He then came and accommodated us. He told us when he was going to be here and he was here at that time. He worked fast. He was clean and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job and it didn’t cost a lot. Overall, he was great. We would certainly use him again next year.

Big Rob was very courteous and professional. He identified that the gas logs were "ventless," which resulted in my having lots of questions about its operation, which he gladly answered. He informed me that this system could operate with a remote; I asked him if he sells/installs remotes, and I had him put one in. He knew that the logs MUST be re-attached a certain way, and how they were originally set up was not correct; he worked at it like a puzzle, and figured it out.

Professional, very knowledgeable. He taught me everything I need to know to operate and maintain my gas fireplace. On another visit he installed a remote which my family enjoys.

Robert arrived on time and went right to work. He explained the opporation of the gas log and what type they are. They came with the house and we did not know about the manufacturer. He added some new ember fiber for the fireplace. He checked operation at all levels.
