Description of Work: Rob did the yearly/winter check on my gas logs -- he is so extremely knowledgeable - competent -- and friendly! |A few weeks ago, I had pushed a button on the remote for the logs - the fire kept shutting down -- I called Rob and he knew exactly what I had done and he talked me through the correction of my making! He is great!

Thank you for your interest. I have been out sick for a few weeks and when one is a sole proprietor and is out of work, unfortunately the voicemail box fills and cannot take any more messages.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the service call. The only reason I graded punctuality a B is because the job prior to mine ran over timewise and caused a bit of a delay. However, I must note that Rob took $$ off my bill because of this, on his own, without any request from me. He did a great job tuning up my gas fireplace. I learned several things from this visit, including proper gas log placement and that I didn't need to open my flue when using my fireplace. I will definitely call Big Rob again for maintenance on my fireplace.

Description of Work: Left message for provider on business phone and he/she has not called back in six days. Moving on to another provider. There was a notation on the message stating during "peak" season they will take a while to return calls. I don't think August is peak for fireplace repair.

August is when we offer our preseason service specials for our regular customers and we are quite busy during that time period. I checked my message logs and could not locate a message from you. There were a couple of messages that we were unable to understand during that time period, so there may have been a technical glitch in the system that prevented us from getting your message.
