BERMUDA SPA POOL & BILLIARDS

:-Purchased the pool from them that had to be ordered. Was told it would take approx. 2 weeks to come in and said they would call us. We waited and waited, finally called them after almost a month and was told it just came in yesterday (?) They gave date in a week to install it, saying it would take 2 days, which was what we expected because our daughter had her same one from another company installed in less than two days total. Bermuda Pools & Spas cancelled the date on us three times. The last time we were told they would be here early in the morning. They arrived around 1:00pm and fooled around the rest of the day, and only gug out the grass. There were 5 of them here that day. We were told they would come the next morning, but didn't arrive and didn't call. We called them on the third day and they came on the 4th, again in the afternoon. They talked, sat on our chairs, cussed, drank and fooled around all day till quitting time, accomplishing almost nothing. 4 of them here, taking turns to work a little. We called boss, he apologized and said they would be here tomorrow (Sat.) to finish up. After boss left we heard them complaining about not working on Sat. Again, no show. After numerous calls and complaints by my husband and myself, we kept getting the run around. It took another week to finally get the pool installed. In between that time we heard the men arguing over how it was to be assembled, and missing parts. They installed the liner all crooked and the boss had to come the next day and tell them how to do it. Meanwhile they had trampled holes all around the sand, so when the liner was in, and water in and we went in to swim, there were sink holes all around inside the pool. We had to drain the water out before they came to fix that. Boss said he's send his best 'floor' guy to fix it. Wrong. After filling it again, we noticed it still hand numerous sink holes and unevenness. But by this time it was the beginning of Sept, and we were completely over it. When I threatened Annie's List, they begged us to give them until this summer to make us happy. We were so fed up, our pool is open this summer still with the sink holes and unevenness intact. We were told by one of the managers that they had numerous problems last year with their crew (one of which was the boss's son). I am 62 years old and have never had this king of run around, promises, put offs and rudeness by any other company. Buyers beware. Stay as far away from Bermuda Pool and Spas as you can get. :-(

They really did a great job on my pool. It rained a few days and they called to check in with me. Once it dried up they got real busy and they were a friendly crew. They cleaned up what my husband didn t get first. This was a good company.

Do not get me wrong, I love the hot tub and it is fabulous. I just feel that we over did it. I thought the pricing was just ridiculous and that we did not even need half of what had been done to it. I do enjoy it and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it at all. The workers were very great and really did an excellent job. I just thought the pricing was outrageous. Although, it is one of the most expensive one of its kind, I still think it was too much.
