+ -1 moreContractor was supposed to "demo & re-frame all damaged structural framework as needed. Install vinyl siding over existing exterior to match house. Remove three layers of existing roof shingles and replace any damaged shearing as needed. Install new shingles to match color on house. Install new garage door with windows and electric opener. Install new entry door. Install new electrical with receptacles and light and switches and dispose of all debris". This was quoted from the estimate. Contractor put up a horrendous structure that leaks, with siding that is falling off, sloped roof, and a defunct garage opener. This was 02/2015. A year later, I am still struggling with the company to get someone to fix their problems.
Description of Work: Contractor was supposed to rebuild a garage in a post settlement of the purchase of a home.
