+ -1 moreThey were professional and seemed knowledgeable, but they should have more thoroughly checked all the parts. They didn't verify that everything was working. They only offered assistance if I did the running around and getting our bills. They wanted a bunch of bills to prove it wasn't our fault with the cost.They didn't directly offer to make it right. They wanted bills from a one year period.
Description of Work: They repaired the air handler in my heat pump system. They replaced a bad sequencer in the air handler. It tells it how to control the temperature. They also inspected the system. They didn't check a circuit board in the sequencer as they should have. I ended up with a bill that was 10 times what it should have been. They came back to check it.

+ -1 moreB.E. Brooks did a great job checking my ducts. They were quick and on time and I would use this service in the future. The price was something to really scream about because most companies charge you more for the service than what they really did.
Description of Work: B.E. Brooks checked my ducts to see if I had any problems and to make sure my ducts were working properly.
