Balance Pools provided me with exactly the service I requested. I called requesting a same-day maintenance service and Balance Pools came through. Bryce was friendly, communicative, and worked quickly. I would hire this company again and comfortably recommend them to friends and family.

This company I would refer to anyone that need pool maintenance. They have done a very good job.

Bryce was one time, very reliable, and respectful and he got the job done quickly. If I have any issues with my pool I will be calling him from now on. He also returned to ensure nothing settled at the bottom of the pool after the service. My pool is sparkling!!! Hire him if you want your to look like mine!!

Very friendly service, showed up on time, job was done well and in a timely manner. Bryce was on top of it!! He was very polite and respectful .. cleaned up after himself . I was very pleased with this service!! Job well done!!

A number of issues !! especially bringing a friend to the job site. Also Cleaning meant emptying much of the water below the skimmer line. Lots of water was wasted and it took nearly 8 hours to fill. The jacuzzi was not cleaned at all . again the water was emptied and no cleaning of cartridges....Overall experience , not good at all. I must say he is very friendly and has all the positive attitude but needs to change a few things. No friends to job site and definitely a better machine. This is the best advise we can give him.
