I CALLED THEM ABOUT 10 AM AND THEY WERE HERE ABOUT 12:30 PM. MR HINES DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF PUMPING MY 1000 GALLON TANK. I HAVE IT PUMPED EVERY 5 YEARS SINCE 1975 AND THIS WAS THE 9TH DIFFERENT COMPANY TO DO THE JOB. I AM 90 YEARS OLD AND IF I MAKE IT TO 95 I WILL SURE CALL HIM AGAIN.

I called first thing in the morning after our septic system backed up the night before. A truck showed up less than 2 hours later and began to fix the problem. The technician Chad was very personable and took the time to show me exactly what the problem was. He fixed the problem and recommended some steps to prevent it from happening again. I was very pleased with my experience, and the way we were treated. I would recommend their services should the need ever arise.

I was very pleased with the service. I called the day before and the woman I spoke with was very nice and when I explained the problem I've been having said she would send someone the next day instead of four days later. I would definitely use this company again.

B Ray Hines is excellent. We would highly recommend him for any septic project. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. He works with his crew and does NOT recommend costly unnecessary repairs or replacement--in other words he is far above some competitors.
