+ -1 moreCharles Brockley is owner and the man that comes out. He is professional and efficient. Charles is honest and gives the best service at really good prices. I have been with Charles since 1996, my mother had been with him for years before he opened his own business. He comes on time and is such a real pleasure to deal with. He has a wonderful personality and easy to deal with. He loves his job and that really makes dealing with him a pleasure. A really and truly good man. I totally recommend him. Ask him what other jobs he does other than exterminating, like crawl space vents, etc. He services all my friends. We all just respect and enjoy dealing with Charles. I just truly cannot say enough good things about this man, please give him a call and I'm sure you will be glad you did. Best of all I'm always bug free...:-)
