BAY CRAWL SPACE ENCAPSULATED MY 1600 SQ FT CRAWL SPACE, UTILIZING TWO APRILAIRE DEHUMIDIFIERS TO ENSURE MAX MOISTURE EXTRACTION. ALL WORK CREWS WERE PROFESSIONAL IN CARRYING OUT THEIR PARTICULAR FUNCTIONS OF THE ENCAPSULATION PROCESS. DURING THE ENTIRE JOB, FOUR EMPLOYEES STOOD OUT IN THEIR REPRESENTATION OFF BAY CRAWL: MIKKI, KATIE, CHRISTA & MATT. MIKKI, KATIE & CHRISTA PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEM ABOUT THE VARIOUS JOB STAGES, CITY INSPECTION DAYS & REGISTERING INSTALLED EQUIPMENT. MATT WAS ASSIGNED TO FINISH UNCOMPLETED TASKS. UPON COMPLETION, HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE ENTIRE JOB PROCESS AND ESPECIALLY, EDUCATED ME ON THE DEHUMIDIFIER (2) FUNCTIONS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY HOMEOWNER CONSIDERING A CRAWL SPACE ENCAPSULATION TO CALL BAY CRAWL FOR A FREE PRESENTATION.

All went well. Karma, the day the install began the original hvac unit completely died.

Very professional, timely and friendly group of people

This company was recommended to me by a good friend. Mike (owner) made a temporary repair to keep us warm, discussed options, and gave a reasonable quote very promptly. He made a special trip from Chesapeake to show me what the zoning system part looked like, because I wanted to see how it worked before I commited to the job. We had to re-schedule the work because of a conflict that developed with my schedule, there was no complaint or charge, and he was very polite and professional about it. His crew did an excellent job with all of the work. I am an avid diy person so I am very sensative to workmanship, The work easily passed my picky standards. We also had Mike bid on a new system. He suggested that we could do the work in phases (duct work and zoning first and then the other equipment later). I applaud him for allowing us to do that because it would have been more than we could afford all at once. After the work was completed I mentioned doing the equipment replacement at the end of the summer, to my surprise, he suggested that with the revisions to the duct work, that the old system might last a bit longer than we expected, and suggested that we wait and see how it goes. This system is technically at the end of its expected life span, a fact hat many a/c contractors would exploit to push for a replacement right away. Again, kudos to Mike for looking out for the customer's interest first! I would not hesitate to use Atlantic again, and in fact we will be switching our maintenence contract from another vendor to Atlantic as well.

We've had problems wth our AC/heating system and callin a repair company a moth or so ago. They fixed the problem but had to come back 3 times. We tried the heart a few days ago and it did not come on. Not wanting to call the other guys up we call Atlantic Coast this morning around 10am, made an appointment between 1 and 2 and they showed up a little after 1. Had the system working in 30 minutes. We are Haqppy and warm. Will call them again
